Today i got another query form 221(g) blue.In that form they have ticked all the documents which they want previously and they put star(*) on the unemployment wage reports for each employee.
On the bottom of the blue form they have written "You have failed to provide the unemployment wage reports for last three quarters for each and every employee. Please provide. It is our last request".
Previously i send the unemployment wage reports without the report of each and every employee. My employeer told that the report is already ready which we have prepared for other candidates also.
My doubt is what they will do if they are not satisfied with the document which iam going to be send wether they will put my case under AAP, or they will reject my visa. What does the star indicates in the blue form they will check that document only or they will do all.
Please help, iam going to be drop in next few days. Specially iam requesting to Ram who has given more and more information to people who are in trouble regarding the queries.

Myself and my husband are on an H4 and H1 Visa respectively.Our visa expires on Feb 3rd 2009.We are from India and did our stamping from India.What is the procedure for renewing the visa.Can we travel to India in November 2008 and then return in February after renewing the visa.Please help regarding this.

Got Another 221(g)
Hi ALL,
Congrats All Who got H1.
I attended the interview on 2nd Dec'2007,VO issued 221(g) Blue form asking some petitioners docs.
Submitted the docs on 13th Dec'2007 with ppt.
After waiting 2 months again i got another 221(g) on this Friday marked as AAP.
Can anyone tell how much time it takes to clear this.

I made a speeling mistake while entering the name of the person "To Whom I am going to stay in US", in DS156 and submitted and my interview is confirmed.
So how can i change surname "yalla" to "yella".

I have attended my interview on 8th Feb and got 221G.
I need some info regarding time required for 221g processing. I have been following this site from past 6 months, I could see that 221g is taking soo much time. But I think in your case it took less than one month to get the VISA after submitting your documents. So could you please let me know what would be the minimum and maximum duration of time for 221g once we submit out doc's.
In my case VO asked me to submit all the docs from petitioner side, and passport also. At present I am waiting for Unemployment wages report. I would be getting that in a weeks time. So if I submit my passport after a week, how long it might take (approxmately) to get my VISA?

I also got 221G like u,they sent my documents to USCIS.After 6 months i got a mail from USCIS saying that we reviewed ur documents and ur case got approved.Now i am waiting for Approval letter from USCIS(I-797).Once i got that i have to attend the embassy i think,

One of my friend went to New zealand thru work permit for one year. he will be there for one year. Now he is applying for H1B in this year quota, If it picks, whether he can attend for stamping at Nez zealand or he has to attend at India only...Please let me know... Need Help on H4 Stamping without Pay Slips
Hi,
I would highly appericiate if someone can help me about H4 stamping in Chennai Consulate.
I recently came to the states a week before in H1 visa which I stamped in Nov 2006 and my employment and SSN are under processing. I wanted to do H4 for my wife ASAP. Can I apply H4 for my wife without my Payslips.
If not how many pay slips are exactly required for H4 visa.
If anyone have the same experiance kindly share with me.

Me & my wife appeared for H1 & H4 at the same time. I got 221(g) and now my wife has travelled to another country. Does she need to be present personally for H4 stamping or is it acceptable if I carry her passport?
