my visa got returned because of insufficient funds when they received it initially. once i submitted again, it then is now “Under Examination”. is there still a chance that it gets refused because of insufficient funds even though they’ve accepted it this time?

Since VFS Mumbai has started appointment dates for Japan Visas, the earliest appointment I'm getting is for April 2nd, and the next is on April 6th.
I am confused if It will make a difference in getting the Visa, since April 3rd is a holiday?
