Hi All,
I just filed my 485 in Neberaska, here are the details.

Sent 485 papers to NSC on 02/06/2002
Received Date 02/07/2002
Notice Date 02/13/2002
Reciepts Recieved on 02/22/2002
Advanced Parole Recd on 02/25/2002

Anyone has any idea for this :
The date as per NSC processing time for I485 shows that as on Jan 31 2002 all the cases till Feb 10th 2001 are cleared.
Does it mean that it takes this much as MAX processing time or Normal processing??
Anyone knows exact cases which have been very fast after FP.

Nebaraska is moving pretty fast.
In a month 485 moved from Feb 10,2001 to May 01 2001

My spouse got FP in Dec 2001
I have not yet got FP notice. Can any one suggest what I am suppose to do now. Can call INS to figure out if there is any missing link? Is there any one like my case?
