Bad news guys,
Called my attorney..
says the processing is halted for last two weeks.
Many cases are being asked for re-fingerprinting.. & are under re-review again...
No one knows for sure when the processing will resume.

Lets hope everything goes smooth...

My FP status is still not updated on AVM..

I have not heard anything thing so far. The last scare I received was during tax time when I had problem because IRS had my tax messed up because of the wrong arrangement of my name. I walked into Social Security Adminisstration office and presented my EAD so they can put my name in order.
They said my EAD is not on record at INS. They took the application change anyway and promised I will receive the new one when they sort out things within 30days.
Exactly 25 days later, I received the new one which tell me things have been sorted out.
BTW how do I get the A number from INS so I can check the status of my application?

Dates went back again ..

Processing time is 13 mths now from Recpt date...

As of 31st May 2002 , cases processed till 1st May 2001.

How come dates went back from 25th May to 01st May 2001.

The phone # is correct. There is little confusion about the dates...

By the way, for all those checking the site, there will be many who don't mention their cases
until they have some problem...

All such people,please mention your case details which will help us all to guess the progress of our cases well.
