FP Notice 3 times

My spouse already gave FP. Now my spouse again got two new FP notice with two new dates. What shall we do.

was your AVM updated after your FP earlier. ??
Mine is not and when I contacted my attorney I was told that some of the cases are getting the FP notices again and I might get it.

Just check with your attorney. But before that check your AVM, if it is updated then it might just be some error on INS side.

Keep your update on it about AVM and other progress.

July cases being processed

Talked to Immigration Officer.
Said processing July cases as of now.
Don't give details of what is happening on individual cases in between.
Any one got any other information specific to ones account from Imm. Officer ??

AVM mesage changed o 390 days procesing time

My AVM message earlier said we mailed you a FP notice on Jan 2002 ..... Now it says we recvd your appl for 485 and its taking 390 - ..... standard message.

Anyone else like this whose message changed like this !!
I see that AVM was corrpted sometime back. Anyone from this forum observed change, please post.

applied for EAD renewal on Jun 21st and got approved on 8/1/02. Try to renew it 3-4 months ahead of expiration!!
