Adding some data points that I hope will help and assist others in the August filing group. In short we received our approval in 6 months:

Attorney supported
Dallas, TX
Previously approved I-140 (June 2020)
O-1A --> EB-1A
UK citizen (dual UK/NZ, family NZ), PD = current

August 10, 2020 - I-485/I-131//I-765/G-28 sent
August 22 - receipts received
August 29. 2020 - Biometrics appointment notice - 09/18
September 18 - biometrics taken @ Dallas ASC
October 02 - case updated for biometrics
October 12 - combo cards received
December 10 - RFIE for I-944 and I-693 (we had already completed the I-944 ready for initial filing but the attorney did not include it due to the recent court ruling)
January 06 - Response to RFIE received
February 12 - Card/document is being produced

Hi All.
I’ve a unique case and need some guidance

I had my GC in the past from 2011 and surrendered it in 2013 since I had to relocate back to my country for extended duration (beyond 2 yrs of rentry permit). This also helped me avoid abandoning my GC.

I returned back to the US is 2018; applied for 140 in sept 2019 in EB1C category. I was able to port my priority date from my prior GC (EB3 cat) and 140 was approved in July 2020 with priority date of April 2001

Now, I applied for 131, 765 and 485 in Aug 2020 and hoped porting of priority date will lend some support to speed up but guess not.

My Qs are
1. does priority date even matter?
2. does my case qualify as outside “normal processing time” and will a senators intervention help?

Can you share your experience or any guidance ?

Yes was from NBC and interview waived (in fact there was not even an update stating "ready for interview" went from "RFE response received" to "Card production" then today "Approved").

Yeah i sent both 693 and 944 with the application. Still recieved an RFIE for passport photos after I had done biometrics and had EAD with passport photo taken at biometrics. Timeline below.

08/01 Sent I485,765,131 application to PO box
08/03 Case received/delivered
08/11 check posted, had 485 receipt number on it
08/18 Got receipt notices in mail
09/04 Got biometric notice for 9/18 appointment
09/18 Did biometric
09/26 Status updated to "new card being produced" for 765
09/28 Both 765 and 131 status changed to approved
10/01 Got 765 and 131 approvals
10/03 Got EAD with parole
10/10 Status of 485 and 765 updated to reflect "fingerprints were applied as of 10/02
11/24 Status of 485 updated to RFE
11/30 Received RFE letter in mail asking for 2 passport photos :/
12/04 RFE response dropped of at FedEx
12/07 RFE respose delivered 10:30 am
12/08 Status updated to reflect response to RFE was received

My guess is location makes some difference. Case type makes more difference. My EB1A moved pretty fast. And ZiggyNZ posted they got the greencard too. So definitely category matters. Rest I think is up in the air.

PS. Just my observation, could be completely wrong

i really do not know what's going on with USCIS, My Field Office is NBC. Married to USC, filed i485, i130, i131, i765, i944 concurrently. i am mainly concerned about my EAD

After waiting so long to get my biometric done, Its ridiculous that i requested to expedite my EAD on Feb 12th and till now no decision has been made. most post i see about EAD Expediting have been done in less than 12 days. how come mine is taking forever. Does anybody have an idea about this or a time frame to expect an approval?
