Same here, was able to finally get to a human and she looked for a while but did not find my receipt. She gave me an email address to contact the lockbox customer support which created an autogenerated email. Its been 50+ days now. I'm not certain if the checks were cashed, trying to contact the lawyers to see whats going on.

It seems some are lucky and some are not! I had no luck with EMMA/live agent/USCIS call. No one could provide me any receipt number. It seems they have not even opened my file.

Update:

Received Biometrics appointment notices on 12/18/2020, notices dated 12/12/2020.
Appointment scheduled for 1/7/2021
No change in the MyUSCIS account. No specific receipt number for the notice. Seems that Biometrics is only applicable to I485 and I765 applications since it refers to the receipt numbers of I485 and I765.

Yes, I used FedEx so I sent to the Lewisville address.

Yes, may be that's standard because this notice involves field offices.

I just wrote Live Chat and the machine gave me some options, so I clicked on Green Card. I was then attended by a real person who asked some questions and gave me the 3 receipt numbers. Now I'm waiting for the hard copies.

Nope. Me too...I am waiting for the receipts or confirmation details as well. Reached out to customer service and they gave me a reference number

No, me as well. The lawyers told me that the lockboxes are backlogged and it may be a few more weeks. Hopefully it will be soon.

Is the biometric scheduled quickly or is that backlogged too? How long after receipt is the biometrics appt?

Just to share my experience.

AOS married to USC
Case received october 5th
received text messages with receipt numbers late afternoon on nov 8th (sunday)
I received the notices in the mail about a week later.
No biometrics appointment as of dec 20th

I have contacted EMMA two times so far. The first time did not get anything. The second time it said there is no receipt yet and then suddenly 3 receipt numbers popped up which made me feel happy but unfortunately, the agent said that these were not mine but meant for the other person that he/she was chatting to. I checked them and these were for the same date as my application. However, it says the biometric fee was deducted but my bank account shows that no fee was deducted. So these were not mine. I am so much frustrated that I cannot describe it!
