Hi All, I came across nice tool to track USCIS activities by field office & form number. Here it is - This site gives good view into what field offices are processing/processed in last 90 days. Do check out. Let me know your views. Something that helps to guesstimate when your case may be up for processing.I485, I131 & I765 filed on Oct 26

Had a valid reason, visa expired so couldn't work. Submitted letter about financial loss and some supporting docs. Employer also submitted letter about impact to the business. Five days after that it was approved.
Please consult with your attorney on what to do.

My situation is very similar to yours, my work visa expired 3 weeks back and I'm waiting for EAD to resume.
Can you please share how long were you out of work? Just trying to get a range so I can put forth similar request to my employer and attorney.
When I tried to expedite directly through Congressional support without involving attorney or employer with financial loss as reason, my request was denied.

gandhikar Thank you!
Was not out for long, 2 weeks. I personally feel it was the employer's letter that helped, but we never know how uscis operates.
Some folks simply call and get their's approved without requests for evidence, some get denied after providing evidence, hard to make sense of this. Hope it works out for you soon.
