Nope. Today, I contacted my lawyer. he said "EAD cards have been talking 3-7 months from the date of fingerprinting due to Covid." Sit tight. (My PD 2010 EB3)

Do you have any documental source that mentions this? When we talk to live agent they say 6-10 months from date of application. Everyone says a different time frame so it is very hard to gauge anything.

Just got my case approved and I got my USPS tracking number today! Should be here in a few days.

Here's my rough timeline:

19 Oct 2020: I-485 delivered to USCIS
Nov 2020: Receipt notice
02 Feb 2021: Biometrics appointment notice
19 Feb 2021: Biometrics done
06 Mar 2021: EAD card
08 Mar 2021: RFIE received asking for medical
19 Mar 2021: Mailed RFIE medical response (Deadline was mid-may but I did it as fast as I could)
30 Apr 2021: Case approved!
03 May 2021: Card mailed and picked up by USPS
*now* : Anxiously waiting by the mailbox and checking USPS tracking

Nothing as such. Based on many cases this is the time line. From the date of apply (Oct) or finger prints taken date is same (3-10 months).

yup got it - notice dated 26 April got yesterday . Informed attorney and I am told its just a receipt notice for I 485 supplement J which we filed along with original package

Any idea what is happening for the applications filed end of Oct? I saw quite a few cases where i485 has been approved for filings made before Oct 20, 2020.

My husband' lawyer submitted the adjustment of status under eb2 to eb3 downgrade, on oct 29th 2020. We recived thenotice on feb 12th - 2021.
the case starts with LIN / nebarska processing center.
any expected timeline as to when we can rcv the appntment for biometrics?

I have 2 minor kids. 6 and 2 year old , can I take both of them inside for biometric appointment . Have anyone experienced this same scenario for biometric appointment.

Yes, generally they do allow minors for biometric appointment. I had taken my 9 yo.

I am also in the similar situation. PD is Oct 2018, i485, i765 and i131 were filed on Oct 18, 2020. Biometrics completion on 23 March 2021. No update afterwards.
