I doubt we will hear on our 485s anytime soon as Nebraska is only processing Oct/Dec 2020 applications now. NBC has been approving in thousands but Nebraska is hardly doing 100 per day. Its just so disappointing to have the applications transferred to NSC, which is dreaded with backlogs

Did u submit manger duties proof? Like shiva has been asked? like emails etc?
    Which center was it?
No, mine didn't go for RFE. But yes, for evidences I submitted my team structure, team profile, work delegation proofs, ceremonies that I organize with the team, and a support letter from my manager (sr. director) explaining what I did abroad and in the US. There could be more, but I don't remember. Mine was also in Nebraska

Thanks, Shiva. Hope you too get your I140/ I485 approved soon. You have been one of those people that's compassionate, providing details, updates, replying, etc. I'll keep following this thread until you are approved.

Agree. it's been 21 days now, still no reply to my SR. My situation is even worse.

What information did you provide at the time of submitting the initial application? My L1A extension was approved without any RFE though. I was not expecting a RFE for the I140. Hopefully my case gets approved.

This morning status of my AOS changed to "Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction". When I checked with USCIS, I understand that my case has been transferred to LIN (Nebraska Service Center) which is where my I-140 is also filed. While I have seen cases where the case gets reassigned from National Benefits Center to a Local Field office, what has happened in my case seems to be different. Have any of you seen this before where the AOS get transferred to the location where your 140 is pending? Also, my 140 is still pending approval. What does this mean and based on what you might have seen, what are the next steps?

I would appreciate any information anyone of you could share.
I'm also looking forward to this....

Proof of having authority for separation, hiring, compensation increases, rewards and recognition etc...
Also evidence for what programs I manage and house I manage them etc...

These are just a few of many other things I am providing.

    Lot of info really...
