Everyone got 24mont extension now. Due to the slow processing. I think most of us still need to update here after 1.5 years . Maybe nothing we can do for the first year even no updates from USCIS. Still good luck to all of us.

Can we apply for citizenship on our 3 year with the conditional card + extension say for example we haven’t received the permanent card yet?

                  Hi all,

I received a text message today saying USCIS received my i 751 case (official receipt notice to follow), however they haven't cashed my check. Does it likely still mean that it's just timing & I shouldn't expect any bad news (returned application, immediate rejection etc)? Sorry if this is a silly question!!

My complete timeline below in case helpful for anyone:
                  9/25: sent i 751 through USPS
                  9/28: USPS confirmed delivery
9/30: received text message saying case was received (check not yet cashed)

                                List of evidence I supplied:
                                • Joint savings account statement for August 2021
                                • Joint current account for August 2021
                                • Deed for our house which we jointly own and bought in may 2021
                                • Joint mortgage documents which even included my mother-in-law as she co-signed for my wife
                                • Joint 2020 tax return
I felt like this should absolutely be enough considering how heavy I went on the evidence for the initial adjustment of status. Would be interested to know how much everyone else provided.
