Looking for advice regarding my H-1B status following a recent layoff. My timeline is very tight and I’m getting anxious about status.
Background:- Laid off on 12/12/2025 (H-1B).
- 60-day grace period ends 2/10/2026.
- USCIS case status

I'm Indian, this is the 2nd time to go in PH and planning to apply visa in multiple entry. Is it hard to get? Any suggestions?
invitation letter is okay? Or any documents that will make me approved?

I am traveling from india to New Zealand on a work visa through singapore airlines. I have a 14h layover at Singapore Changi airport. I wanted to know if I can travel outside the airport with VFTF. I contacted a person at the airlines and they said I can't go outside. Is this true?
