H1-H4 Visa Stamping Tracker

I came to india and attended the H1B visa interview on 27th Nov, 2018 and got 221g with admin processing option ticked. Docs Submitted: 3rd Dec, 2018 last update: 12th April. i got a mail from consulate stating that my H1B Petition is sent back to USCIS for review and possible revocation. My petition is valid from Oct 2018 to Sep.2021. How long does USCIS takes to take a decision on my petition. Meanwhile can i do anything? What are my best possible options?

Interview Date: 12 Feb 2019 I was issued a blue slip and the passport was returned back to me. Additional documents required: 1. Petition 2. Client letter 3. Internal Project Details Documents submitted: 26 Feb Since then no update. My employer has also not received any verification email . Can anybody suggest when should I expect to get the email for passport submission.

FIFTH visa extension - All with the same US employer. Direct employee, not in EC/EVC Model. Previous two visa interviews were in Matamoros, MX and Vancouver, CA. Questions Asked: Is this extension? Who is your employer? What is your highest level of education? (MS) Do you work at the employer or at a client? (Employer) What is your salary? What is your highest level of education? VO said that her system reflects that my H1B petition was filed after the expiry of my last visa (obviously not true), and that she will have to do some work at the back end. She kept my passport, H1B approval notice and H1B receipt. I was given a GREEN Pamphlet with my application number. It's been close to 70 days with no update on the ceac website. Will start contacting other email addresses next week and will keep everyone posted. 3/22/19 - Case status updated, still shows AP. 3/25 - Status:Issued. Collected PP 3/26.

I’m workig as FTE, F1 to H1 to H1 ext., this is stamping for extension with same client( once I had stamping with same client) VO asked about company, salary, place I live., went smooth and said Visa is Approved. But after 3 hours got an email questionnaire as “visa ineligible”, with 221g, DS-5565 with last 15 years work experience, places where I lived, social media information. Replied all info on 11/17. Passport is ready for pick up and picked up on 11/18 with No stamping in it. 12/20 - no update yet, still status is AP only 1/29 - no updates., still last update date is 11/15 3/24- passport requested 3/29- Passport received with Visa finally.

we went for visa interview on feb 28 with family my wife and 3 kids 10 years old 3 years old and 10 months old 2 of them have American citizenship coz born in usa. we have no update online our case date showing feb 26 however we all went for this interview on feb 28 which concern me we were given blue slip with additional doc asked to submit via email we did that on march 6th 2019 till waiting becoz they have not contacted any of my employer or my compony, this is frustrating that we all are stuck here with no update our return tickets gone waste not getting paid becoz of im having contract job.i have a family support ..don't know what to do we have home there and my kids miss home.

Hello My status showing "Administrative processing" over 2 months. I submitted all the documents on 19th Jan and there is no change in status since then. They asked me additional document on 1st March which i submitted immediately. Can someone please let me know what is the next step? How long will it take for the document to get proceed? Any help will be appreciated. Regards

Background: I was in USA for five years on F1 Visa and now applying for H4 Visa using my wife H1 approval . 19th March Visa interview H4 visa. VO gave me PP back along with green 221g with reason mentioned to submit Proof Of Relationship Documents along with PP at local VAC 20th March : Submitted passport along with required docs like Marriage Certificate, Wedding album, Whatsapp conversations, Private Photos taken during different trips within us at Pune VAC. Update: 22nd MAR (AP), 25th MAR (AP) My question is How long will it take for this kind of scenarios. As I submitted my passport along with the requested documents will they process my petition quicker? Any response is much appreciated. Thanks, VIjay.

Received my passport but dependent passport is in Administrative Processing, no 221g given , no email for additional documents
