I have a question about h1b amendment for my h1b stamping going in Sep 19.
- My employer filed 3 amendments for immediate projects ( client A and 2 other same client B1)
- Same Employer
Client A - Is in still process no update ( My employer have asked for withdrawn but no update )
Client B1 got withdrawn- good
Client B1 new location got approved and active one ( valid for h1b visa )
- I am going for h1b visa ( F1 to H1b) stamping in sep19 on active h1b.
- should the old initial amendment? which is in progress- Is there any problem? for h1b visa?
- this many amendments any problem for my h1b visa?
- I have 2 layers( vendor and Implementation Partner ) in between my employer and end client
Is this will be a problem?
Please help me with answers for above question.

H4 kid travel with some relatives
Is it possible to send my minor daughter (10years old) to US with my relatives family..My daughter is not US citizen..My relatives are travelling with H1b visa..
Because I got 221g white slip for my H4 renewal..And my daughter school will be going to start in mid of August.
If it is possible what are the documents need to carry for immigration and port of entry..

Recent H1 drop box experience
Given I took some solace from this group on H1 processing, wanted to share my experience:
This is my 2nd H1B with the same company, but in a different role. My role changed at the beginning of the year, and after October of last year, so had two I129 petitions from the time previous visa expired. I qualified for drop-box at Chennai.
Drop-box: July 16
Case created: July 17
Case updated: July 19 "Issued"
Passport sent back to CGI: July 22
Courier Pick-up: July 22
Passport received: July 24
While clearly the number of 221(g)s have increased, thank God I didn't experience it. For those in AP, hang-in and good luck. For those going for visa approval, keep faith.

Information require on H1-B
Hi Guys,
I am new to this portal. My H1-B application is cleared the lottery stage and it has been processed further for premium stage by my employer as it is my first H1-B so require information for the below mentioned queries
1) Can any of you help me out what is the premium processing stage
2) Is there any chances of getting rejected from premium processing too?

Visa Available dates in Chennai Consulate
I could see that Sept 23rd as the first visa appointment date in Chennai Consulate, Any idea would there be any slots available in the August 2019?.

How to reschedule visa appointment date??
My employer booked my first visa interview date, now they told me I can change it myself.. but can someone explain me how to reschedule the appointment?? And kindly tell me once I choose new date n confirm only old appointment will get cancelled right?? Or once v choose the calendar it will get cancelled?? I even need to reschedule biometrics date as well, will it take automatically or I need to choose that also??

passport ready for pickup but administrative processing
Hi,
I had given my visa interview at Chennai consulate on July 16th.
VO took my I797A copy and passport and gave me 221g blue slip.
when i checked by CEAC status today it is shows me AP, But i received an email to from ustraveldocs that my passport is ready for pickup.
Anyone has similar experience like this.
please give your advise.

H1b Stamping with prior arrest/Misdemeanor
Hi,
I and my wife have travel plans to India this October and i'm on H1b visa employed full-time by my employer. My wife is on H4-EAD working contract IT job. Since my visa is expired, I'm required to attend visa interview at US consulate to get my new H1b visa to re-enter into united states and i believe my wife has to attend the visa interview too.
Back in October 2017 i had an intense argument with my wife and she had to call cops and then i got arrested. But then she stood by my side, bailed me out of arrest, and we fought the case together. She also submitted a notarized letter at time to judge, saying it all happened by accident and she never intended for me to get arrested. But due to strict California laws I got arrested in October 2017 and I plead guilty for 'Misdemeanor PC 415(1)' in March 2019. I also attended anger management counselling as the judge has order.
Now, will I face any problems during my visa Interview for H1b at US consulate or, by Immigration during re-entry to US at port of entry given my arrest and guilty charges? Is it even safe to plan for travel out of country? Please let me know.
