Visa approved but showing administrative processing
H1b interview date. Oct 8 th 2015
VO asked simple questions
1.employer name,client name,IT experience,highest qualification,role in future company and location of tag in US
And answeres all questions confidently
Finally got reply as your visa approved
Status still showing adminisrtrative processing .Please suggest when status will be changed to issued and let me know if anybody attended in hyderabad on oct month 2015and have same status?

221g blue slip Additional Administrative processing on October 8th 2015 Chennai
Attended H1B Visa interview on 8th October 2015 was given 221g blue slip with additional administrative Processing check box selected. VO asked for passport client letter and contractor agreement and I 797.And gave me a yellow slip and finally after an 1 hour of waiting i was called at another counter and an Indian Lady returned all my documents including passport and said administrative processing.. They have taken xerox of I797alone ... Anyone here with the same kind of response and attended on 8th october. And Any help with what does this mean whether i will be getting my visa or not :(

My Experience was very short hardly lasted for 5 min :
Me: Hello Officer, Good morning.
VO: Good morning.
VO: Which company your working For ?
Me : XYZ Company (said this very fast)
VO: Could you spell it for me again ?
Me : Sure , Its X Y Z
VO Great ,Which city you are travelling .
Me : ABC city, State.
VO: Sir, Your Visa is Approved.
Me: Thank you office , you made my day. :)
IMP tips :
1. Be confident what ever you answer.
2. Ask them to repeat again if you haven't heard the question first time.
3. Please don't over explain the answers to them.
4.Keep all the documents handy ,we never know what document they may ask us .

DS 160 - Help
Hi Friends,
I'm working as Full time employee in a construction company but at client location. I will be going for my first H1 B stamping in December. I will be going to India. I was filling DS 160- Current Employer information field.
I just realized that I gave my job start date incorrectly to my school during my OPT period for my current employer. The reason is I had a offer letter for June 16,2014 and gave the same date to school accordingly but later my company wanted me to start one week early i.e., on June 09,2014. I feel I need to put in the right start date on my DS 160 form. But I don't if VO will raise more questions on this error? Please advice me.

Client change before the stamping interview
Hi Everyone , I work for a reputed IT organization in chennai. At the time of petition filling my LCA was tagged under Client A , However before 8 months due to ramp down in Client A , I was moved to a new project for Client B. At the time of DS160 form filling i sticked to the previous LCA/ Client A . But now my immig. team requests me to re fill DS160 with the new client B and parallely they are in process of providing me a new LCA for client B.
1) The change in LCA/Client will create problem?
2)The new client has a clear SOW but they dont provide a client letter.
3) Possible questions that could hit me at the time of interview? how to to deal with it
Please advise me on the pointers that i should prepare and keep it ready in my case.

Documents to be carried

It's better to be at the center 30 minutes before the appointment time. The security allowed me 30 minutes before the appointment time.
Fingerprints and photo would be taken. Also they would confirm your full name, date of birth, place of birth and visa-class.
Oct 8 - Visa Interview

My appointment was at 10 AM. I went there at 8 AM, but still they allowed me to stand in the queue.
In the first building, security check would be done. Make sure you don't carry your mobile and wallets.
