H1b transfer
Hi...
I got H1 b approved from my xxxxx employer and now I would like to transfer it for some reason.
But I signed on contract and would like to know consequences if I break it?
I just got my visa approved that's all....

I am a silent observer of this site. Guys believe me this proved a true guide for my H1B approval.
My experience is given below->
Me- Hello, Good Morning officer.
VO- Very Good Morning. May I have your passport and original petition please?
Me- Sure mam. Provided the document.
VO- Is it related to a new job in US?
Me- No Mam. I will be working for my employer’s client.
(Note- I was wearing the Cognizant’s ID card so she did not ask the name or any other information related to my employer. She was constantly observing my ID card.)
VO- Client name please.
Me- YYYY .
VO- could you please spell it for me?
Me- Sure mam and spell my client’s name.
VO- Since how long you are working with you current employer?
Me- 2 Years and approximately 10 Months mam.
VO- What’s your highest qualification?
Me- Mam I did my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication in 2007.
VO- What’s your salary in US?
ME- answered as per DS160 and I129.
VO- You are married but you are not filing H4 for your wife. Why?
Me- She is a working woman and has some professional commitments and will join me later in US. So I will do the process accordingly.
VO- When did you get married?
Me- Date ‘MM/DD/YYYY’
VO- What’s your wife doing?
Me- Answered.
VO- Ok. Pause. I am fine and approving your visa. Please go throw the Pamphlet (that was provided while entering in embassy). You will get you your passport in another 3 working days.
Me- Thanks a lot mam.
VO- Your welcome sir and have a nice day ahead.

I am planning to transfer H1 visa from my current employer to another company. Normally how much time it will take to transfer the
visa if I file it through premium processing.
Any idea normally when the USCIS website will get updated every week.

I have H1 interview next week @ Chennai and have one doubt regarding client letter :
My petitioner YYYY is a prime vendor to a client company YYY.
when i asked my employer about client letter , he did not provide me client letter but sent me below two letters :
1. Master Service Agreement(MSA) between client and my petitioner and
2. A letter from client showing it's relationship with my employer,duration and petitioner's right to control.
Question is : what are my chances to get visa with out client letter and having above two letters?
pls help me out.
