I have attended the interview on nov 14th 2019.till now no update it is in ap.as the consulate sent a questionnare to the petitioner and the petitioner replied on dec 9th 2019. tillnow the case date is not changed and showing same as interview date. Is any one having same experience?

Hello all,
Following is the status of my visa application.
Biometrics on Jan 30 2020.
Interview on Jan 31 2020.
Received 221g blue slip requesting for additional documents.
Submitted all documents Feb 11 2020.
The status was showing as “ under Administrative Process”. On Feb 18th the status got updated but still showing the same AP.
I would like to know does this mean consulate is requesting for additional documents again ? Or do I need to wait for few more days for the status to change ?
Does anybody in this group have similar experience?

Highest education question for H1B
Hello All,
I have my H1B interview in few days and I have one doubt regarding the answer I should ideally give when visa officer asks `Whats your Highest degree/educational qualification?`
The position I am offered in H1B is pure IT. My highest education is MBA in Business Management and before that I did Bachelor's in Computer Science(IT) + I have 6+ years of experience in this field
In the LCA highest degree mentioned as Bachelor's in computer science(which I can see why because my MBA specialisation is not directly relating to the position I am offered)
What should I answer if visa offers asks me for my highest degree? Should I say MBA or Bachelor's? I am very confused and little stressed out :)

Completed Consulate Interview In Chennai on Feb 13. Still the status is Administrative Processing
Hi,
We took the H1B consulate interview in Chennai on Feb13 morning 9.30. Interview went smooth and the VO told us that the Visa is approved and we got the confirmation slip and know your rights document.
On the same day the status was Administrative Processing. and it is still in AP till Feb 18 evening 6 pm.
I came to know that Feb 14 and Feb 17 was a holiday for Chennai Visa consular services.
Did someone attend the interview on the same day and received the passport or status changed to Issued?

Hello Everyone,
I am currently in US in H1B visa and it expired on Jan 2020.My company filed my extension in regular mode and they are not ready to do my petition in premium process. My dependents are in India and I am planning to bring them by this summer(May,June). Since the approval take more time ( 6 -8 months ) , whether I can go for B1/B2 in such case? Any one have such experience ?

But at last when asked for higher education, I mentioned MBA, vo went to discuss something and returned and mentioned ur visa is approved and reach you in 3-5 business days and passed me a slip which is like acknowledge with same matter printed as "visa is approved and...... "
Today when I checked the non-immigrant tracking I see it is refused status, I am very tenseed, did anyone have similar experience,
They have my passport with them but still the status is refused

H1B Amendment within Same MSA for different client
- Do we need to file H1B amendment if job is changed for different client within same MSA (within 30 miles radius)
- If amendment has not applied and still working on new location. If in case, site FDNS officer visits to old location do they ask to file amendment or they revoke H1B or what is other action usually they take. After that, if I apply for H1B amendment say after 1 month of working to new location, whether USCIS can approve the amendment Or there are chances of H1B denial Or only H1B amendment denial?
