Hello Friends,
Can you please provide me your insights on my situation.
My H1b visa interview (first time visa stamping f1 to H1b) at Hyderabad consulate on Feb 24th 2020.
I am working on EVC mode and my petition was recently approved on Jan 30 2020 for 2 years. The issue is with my new client letter which has generic title (is-analyst) which is different from my LCA and end date as May 9th 2020 with possibility of extension. Different Title in end client letter will be an issue for my stamping ?
Client has provided me the client letter for my amendment which is 4 months old ( it’s good with my tittle and end date ( it stated 2 years long duration) but now due to some changes in organization polices my client is not able to provide the same letter now.
Carrying 4 months old client letter is risk for H1b stamping ? Or carrying the new client letter with generic title will be a good option ?
Guys please provide me your insights, your thoughts are much valuable for me.

New H1B Visa stamping
Please find my H1B visa stamping experience.
Jan 02nd - Biometric at Chennai.
Jan 03rd - Interview at Chennai and given 221G blue slip to submit client letter(Passport return).
Jan 14th - Client letter submitted (Petition approved on 2018)
Jan 29th - Received an email to submit passport through dropbox
Jan 30th - Passport submitted through dropbox
Feb 07th - Status changed to Issued.
Feb 09th - Collected my passport at Chennai VAC.

H1b visa interview, no 221g/slips issued
Interview date: Jan 14, Hyderabad Consulate (F1 to H1b)
They took my passport during the interview and wasn't given any slips.
Timeline:
Jan 14: Case status in CEAC : Administrative processing
Feb 06 - Case status in CEAC: Issued
Feb 07: Got an email that my passport is ready for pick up.
In my case, It took 15 business days to change the status from AP to Issued.

Printing mistake on my H1b visa
I had attended H1b visa interview at US Embassy singapore on 6th Feb 2020 and my visa was approved.
Today i collected my passport and found that my petitioner name is printed with a typo error.
Has anyone faced similar issue , i did write mail to usembassy and waiting for their reply.

Got email saying Administrative processing complete
Hi All,
Yesterday I received an email from Mumbai consulate, "Administrative Processing is complete, please submit your passport for final processing".
I submitted the passport yesterday itself.
My question is :
1. does it mean that my visa will be issued ?
2. how many days does it take to get next update on the CEAC website ?
below are the status that I see:

Hyderabad dropbox experience
Me and my friend traveled to India and dropped our passports for Dropbox at Hyderabad OFC. Below are our timelines:
Dropped documents - Case created - 01/27
Admin processing - 01/28
Issued - 01/29
Passport ready for pickup - 01/30
Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences here! Looking at the number of folks attending stamping, I'd recommend not to go by the volume of issues being reported in this forum, they're obviously skewed.

There is a 30-35 mid age Women VO issuing 221G for all H1-B applicants . And I was sent to the same VO for my turn .

Me - I’m doing great officer . How are you today !
VO - Smiled and getting ready for weekend
Me - I smiled and said sure !
VO - Pass me i797 original copy
Me - Sure . Here it is
VO - Looking at her system and typing continuously . Not asking me any single questions for 20secs
Me - I was staring at her and waiting for questions
VO - What is your role
Me - xxxxx
VO - You work for ?
Me - End Client
VO - I see , she stopped typing and turned my side and started asking continuous questions can I see your . Clint letter
- what’s your end client does , what’s your role , how many team members , do you report to anyone at your employer , salary .
Me - I took a breathe . Answered all questions .
VO - Thank you so much sir . You’re all set , I just have to run administration processing for your employment . It’ll take 2 weeks of time and wait for email communication for passport submission and took my client letter returned my passport and 797 copy & issues 221 G copy with 1st box ticked and no docs submission required .
Me - smiled at officer Thank you so much , you’ve a wonderful weekend .

It doesn’t matter if you’re in EVC or EC model . Kolkata embassy issues 221G for employment verification .There were 8 people ahead of me who got 221G while I was waiting for my turn . Just be confident and answer all VO questions . Good luck for all applicants !

Me: I am great
VO: Who is your employer?

VO: Where do you work?
ME: San Francisco, California
VO: What is your annual salary?
ME: YYYY XX USD
VO: What is your designation?
ME: YYYY YYYY X
VO: What is your highest degree?
ME: Master in computer science, masters in electronics and communications engineering
VO: Did you study in the USA?
ME: Yes
VO: Where?
ME: YYYY YYYY X
VO: Are you aware of your rights?

VO: Your application might take an additional couple of days for processing, It is regarding your student status. He handed over me the slip I attached to this email and retained the passport. He also told me that it is regarding my student status.
I am confused about what my next steps are and how much time it would take for additional processing.

Hi All,
I had an interview on feb 4th 2020 at Hyderabad
This is first time I came for H1 stamping.
Answered all basic questions like employer , salary and role .VO asked about cpt And school dates.Somehow VO was unhappy about using CPT and discontinuing CPT after H1B approval
But she kept my passport issues a 221g white slip with second box checked to submit the cpt i20 and told that your visa is on hold and asked me to submit cpt I 20 which I did not have at that point of time .
I submitted it via email

No updates after client verification
Hi guys,
I had interview on Jan 2nd at Hyd consulate, got 221g white slip and no docs required checked. Later on 21st I got call from consulate to submit LCA, submitted on same day.
On 24th Jan Client got verification call and he responded positively.
Since then there is no update. It’s been 2 weeks already.
