CEAC says Administrative Processing and Passport Tracking says no status
Hello friends!
I was told my visa was approved on the day of my interview and I would receive my passport in 5 business days. I did not receive any 221G slip at the time of interview nor any additional documentation via email or mail. Here are my details:
Biometric (Mumbai Consulate): December 13th, 2019
Interview (New Delhi Consulate): December 16th, 2019
Today (January 23, 2020): CEAC: Administrative Processing and Passport Tracker: No status available
My background is Electrical Engineering and I work in a good company with a decent salary. My coworker who works in the same position got his visa stamped and passport delivered in 3 days. I know this varies case by case. I called the hotline and they told just keep waiting. I emailed support and they said to keep waiting as well.
Is this because I had biometric and interview in two different locations? Mumbai consulate had no open slots and that was why I had to go to Delhi. I live in Mumbai and requested the passport to be delivered in Mumbai. Do locations matter?
I have been waiting for 6 weeks and I have become frustrated now. What else can I do to expedite the process? What was my mistake? I had all the documents and answered every interview question confidently and honestly. Any response is greatly appreciated!

H1B 221G Blue Slip Chennai
My Wife went for H1B visa stamping in chennai and was given 221G Blue Slip second option checked on Dec 26th and since then there has been no update and there are no emails sent for client verification and she works for federal client so no client letter just email from manager confirming that the company does not provide client letters. So currently its been 4 weeks so was wondering if we can go for H4 option. Will there be any risks of getting rejected for both. Please reply

Regarding Client Letter
I have an visa stamping interview Chennai Feb 11 Biometrics followed by Feb 12 PAI Interview. now a days looks like client letter is mandatory otherwise they are issuing 221g (its a per my knowledge am not sure 100%). i have an client letter but validity till Feb 29 also in the same client has mentioned From the pas history this project getting extended ever year since from 2016.
So, if i use this client letter in my stamping interview they will accept or its not good to use it. Since i wont get new client letter so cant get another one. still my new SOW singed that may take some time also.
If any one have experience on this will be great help for me. Thanks in advance

F1 to H1. Is my visa stamped on passport?
Location: Chennai
Jan 7th: VAC
Jan 8th: Basic Questions and issued 221G and kept passport
Jan21st: Around 3pm last updated date changed from 8th Jan to 21st Jan
Jan 22nd: Around 11 am status changed to issued.
Around 3pm got an email saying: Your documents have been collected from US Embassy/Consulate. The passport being returned is xxx.
Due to my situation, I won't be able to pickup my passport for 4-5 days.
Is it safe to assume that my visa has been stamped on the passport and book a flight ticket right now?
Please let me know guys.

Jan21st: Around 3pm last updated date changed from 8th Jan to 21st Jan
Jan 22nd: Around 11 am status changed to issued.
Around 3pm got an email saying: Your documents have been collected from US Embassy/Consulate. The passport being returned is xxx.
Due to my situation, I won't be able to pickup my passport for 4-5 days.

H1B transfer
HI All,
I was working with Company -A in USA on H1B from April ,2014 to June, 2017.
After leaving the A- Company, I joined in India B - Company and was in India from 2017 till date.
I am planning to join new Company-C and they are ready to transfer the Visa.
1) Is it possible for C- company to transfer the visa which is in revoke state. Also my petition was first filed in 2013 which is more then 6 years .
2) If the above point is possible can it be considered for cap exempt.

Interview:Nov 14th 2019 Hyderabad Consulate took my passport with LCA and got a 221g white slip with admistrative processing ticked.
15 th Nov 2019 got a call from hyderabad consulate and asked questions about Project and the Company.Later i got a message to pick my passport and when i went for picking up the passport they gave 221g white slip again

Dec 9th Petitioner replied to the questions that have been sent by Embassy.
still not updated my case status it is showing case created as nov 14 2019 and still in ap.

221g- No update after Client Verification
I had an interview on Jan6th and VO asked some basic questions and gave 221g white slip. VO retained client letter and LCA from me and returned passport. I checked with my client, they confirmed that they received general enquiry on Jan8th and client responded to the query positively. But I don’t see any change of status as it shows AP. I am concerned to see when can I submit passport ? Anyone else in similar situation ?
