years with current employer and asked to show the Unemployment wage report which I dont have..but tried to give him
some other documents which my employer provided me..VO asked me to give him the folder I have..and he said that I dont
have the document and given 221G with all ticks in the blue
form....My doubt is whether I need to once again attend to
the Embassy or drop all the documents mentioned in the =
221G form...b'coz VO did'nt tell me to drop the
documents...

Since last 7-8 months iam going through this site , it was great helpful to me . I prepared by all your guidance, my Visa interview went on very well.
but issued 221g GREEN,
VO was a young American Lady.
Years of experience?
she asked about the current employer?
previous employer?
r u married?
do ur husband accompany you
what is your petitioner name?
on which project you are going to US?
your company not mentioned about any projects on its site?
give US company tax papers?
made some rounds on taxpapers with a pen?
and issued 221g Green
ans asked to submit papers like TAX, EMPLOYEES LIST, W-2, UNEMPLOYEMENT WAGE RETURNS
though i requested that i got the papers except emploeeyes list and W-2 she was not in a position to listen and told to drop the papers in drop box

I came from USA.This week i went for stamping.
I have 3 months experience in USA.
VO asked me my masters deg ,H1 pettion,I-129,Client agreement docs,Tax papers,LCA,Experience certificates.
And i show my Certification in USA.He satisfied with that.
Asked abt work location,client place.
Asked abt pj.
For passport whom shall i contact.Can i anybody give response for this.Can i see in the online where is my passport.
Finally he told me u will receive ur passport with in 1 week.
Waiting for PP.

Additional Administrative Processing 221 (g)
Hello,
Its been long 5 months I am waiting for my VISA to get stamped and today I have received the passport with VISA stamped......
On 5th Nov 2007 I had first Interview & had been
given 221 (g) AAP.....received clearance on 19th Dec 07 submitted the passport .....received the passport without stamping with 221 (g)
followed up with NAS and MumbaiIV got clearance
on 22Feb...submitted the passport on 26 and got the VISA stamped today......
It was realy very painfull but with lot of hopes from all of you here........I really appreciate everybodies views in this forum.

3rd time 221g - this time passport submition
Hi All,
on 26th Feb, I got courier, one more 3rd time 221g mentioned YOUR CASE IS ISSUABLE, SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT. 27th Feb, morning submitted the passport at VFS hyderabad.
What does it mean ?
Hope for the best.. lets see.

On 13th Dec, I got the courier from Consulate. When I opened it I saw my passport returned back with one more 221g.
The second 221g mentions the Additional Administrative Processing. The consulate will contact me once the processing is done.
Anybody with the same experience or somebody who can help and suggest me is most appreciable.
Will look forward for the reply/ call.

H1B redirection from Delhi to Chennai.....
Hi everyone
I have been in London from the past 3 years and I have done M.S over there and been to London consulate for H1B, they have redirected me to india, and after that I booked my appointment in Delhi as I belonged to Chennai region, but many of my frns who belong to the same case , they got their visa stamped in delhi. but I was redirected again to chennai and asked wait for 3 months to attend the visa.
Now I need to goto chennai in the coming weeks, So will there be any prob or drawback because I have been redirected couple of times. Is there anything that I need to take care of.
Frnz please share your experiences and your advices.
