L1b petition and I-94 extension process
Hi,
I am on L1-B and my visa is valid till Nov 2016. But, my I-94 and petition expiring on July 1st.
Could somebody explain the extension process of petition and I-94 ?
Do i need to go back to India for stamping after getting new/renewal petition ? Will i get the extended I-94 along with the petition ? Is any one gone through this/similar process ?
Or Is it possible to get the new I-94 if i re-enter from Canada or Mexico with new petition?

Thanks to those who have been posting their experience in this form, it does help. My L1A got approved last week & here are the questions.
Its very smooth process, even if you do not know anything, there is staff who will help & tell you what to do. Just reach 15-20 minutes before your interview time. its hot in delhi these days, you dont want to stand see sun.
After being in 3 lines, our turn..

Me - I am very good Sir, Good Morning. (We handed over our passport directly)

L1B Blanket Visa application.
Dear All,
I am planning to apply for L1B Blanket Visa in chennai with family (L2 dependent visa for family) , but in past my B1B2 application was rejected thrice (In Jan 2012, March 2012 in Mumbai and in april 2013 in Hyderabad), for 214B reason,
I s there would any impact on my L1B blanket visa application because of past business visa rejections.
I have travelled to china twice, belgium, germany, france after US VISA rejection, is it would help me in L1B visa aproval, all these visits were business and around more than 1 month duration.
Also help me - How to write answer of previous visa rejection in DS 160 form for current L1B blanket visa application, should I elaborate all the incidences, or should I write as "only because of DS 160".

L1A Blanket Clarification

3 years back my L1A Blanket was refused during stamping. My company is planning to send again for L1A Blanket stamping.
I'm Sr. Project Manager around 13 years experience. My question is; going again for same L1A "Blanket" the "same category" causes any issues??

Today i have attended L1A Individual interview in Chennai, consulate told me, your visa is processed and took my passport but he did not ask any document to submit.
Do we need to submit any document for approval ? or no need to submit any document other then Passport ?
Please could you help me on this as soon as possible who has attend the interview today.

I like to share a small happiness to immihelp and all the experiences my wife received L1B visa few months back.
So coming to me I'll need to apply for L2 visa f as a dependent . I did see any experiences shared where in the spouse (husband) L2 visa is apporved or any questions. I could need to know below points . Appreciate if any one can share their experiences soon.
What should we answer for below question as by VO.
1. Are you going to work in US?
2. What will you do the whole day when your spouse goes to work?
3. Was there any chances of L2 visa getting rejected?
4.My wife presence is required during L2 interview?

To me, no descriptive answer expected from VO. All are simple questions. I think it is because of the 12+ years of experience and the title "Senior" in the designation.
