Myself and my wife are Indian origin and moved from USA to India few months back due to visa issue. I am planning to apply OCI from India for my 1 yr old kid who born in USA. Could anyone share the documents checklist need to upload in online and share the experience?

Application delievered to VFS NY - 11/25
Acknowledged at vfs - 12/5
Application forwarded to embassy - 12/8
same day 12/8 OCI govt website shows acknowledgement date 12/8 & status “under process”
would like to know others progress and anyone who got oci through vfs

OCI Application Processing
It looks as if a lot of people who applied in Early NOV or Late OCT got there OCI cards processed on 2nd Dec. Seeing that multiple people sending applications from different consulates have reported this, is there a fixed day when cards are printed in batches?

Here are OCI timelines,
1. Sent OCI application to Chicago VFS center on 06-NOV-2020
2. VFS acknowledged received on 09-NOV-2020
3. OCI Application is on the way to Embassy on 11-NOV-2020
4. Received passport back on 16-NOV-2020
5. Documents Printing PROCESSED on 02-DEC-2020
6. Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) on NEW DELHI on 02-DEC-2020
7. Document received At CHICAGO on 02-DEC-2020
Still I'm waiting for OCI card. As per check list, I sent one FedEx label and VFS used for sending US passport. Just now I spoke to VFS call center team member, looks like I have to send one more label to VFS for sending back OCI. Anyone encounter the same issue? Appreciate your response.

VFS DATA LEAK & LOST PAYMENT
Vfs sent me an email saying that I need to send them prepaid label. However I already included 15 dollar money order and also a prepaid label with envelope.
Then they accidentally sent me every applicants name with reference number!!! Huge breach

i have applied OCI through VFS Chicago and received our passport back on 27th Nov after verification still waiting for OCI Card , Status is in indian embassy site says under process, date of acknowledgement is 19 November , have an travel plan to india so waiting on it any leads or information would help me. New OCI- New York
Hi I sent my application to VFS on November 23 and applicatiobn center recieved it on November 24 (as per FedEx Tracking). Till todays date I haven't recieved any update or any kind of acknowledgement email from VFS or Indian Consular.
