Notarized Documents
Hi,
I am applying for re-issue of OCI due to change in passport for a minor. Can someone please confirm that these are the only documents that need to be notarized?
1) Declaration page of the Application form.
2) Parental Authorization form for minors
3) Affidavit in lieu of Originals
Also do I have to self attest the copies? The current checklist doesn't state that.

OCI NY (Response time)
I submitted my kids application last week and it was delivered last week. Its has been more than 3 days and haven't received any acknowledgement.
Kind a worried since original passports were included (which took almost 2 months to get in US due to COVID). Tried reaching out to them via email/phone but it looks like phone lines are closed and email response is standard verbiage(auto-reply). Current time line as of now
13 Aug 2020 -- Both applications mailed
14 Aug 2020 -- Delivered, around 9-10 AM, Singed by Mr. Matthew.
Since then no updated on the actual receipt of the application. Does anyone had similar experience/delay in acknowledgement for OCI application recently.

OCI Application photo confusion
Hello, I want to apply for OCI in San Francisco jurisdiction. As per cox and kings website, I filled out the form on Indian Govt website and got instructions to print them which I did. I see that the printed form already has images of my photo and signature that I uploaded as a part of filling the form online. My question is, where do I paste my physical photo on the printed form? On top of the image?
What about the signature image? Should I just trace over it?

OCI card for minor
We are about to send documents for our newborn. But one thing is still bugging me .Do we need to get a thumbprint of the baby on declaration at the end of OCI form? Bit confused. Would really appreciate your inputs.

Application and Receipt of OCI card
I applied for an OCI card via CKGS website and completed the form on the Indian Govt. website on July 19 2020
My date of acknowledgement was July 22 2020.
I got "processed" update on the Indian Govt. website today 8/12/2020 and also got an email from CKGS that my new OCI card will be delivered tomorrow (8/13/2020)

I am applying OCI reissue for minor due to new passport.
While trying to upload documents on the government website, I am getting this error - Only valid pdf can be uploaded.
My documents are all pdf and less than 500 kb.
I tried different documents, different browsers , nothing seems to work.
Given the covid situation, customer care emails/phone numbers are not accessible for a quick response.
Please help if anyone encountered this issue and got it resolved.

Are OCI card reissuance being processed by CKGS - New York ?
I have to get new OCI cards for my children as their current OCI cards refer to their old expired US passports? I have completed the application form. Is CKGS in NYC accepting OCI Card reissuance applications? Their website states that “Indian Visa Services have been discontinued”

This is wrong as I already send copy of my last cancelled Indian Passport copies, but they asking for my parent copies. None of them is true for both of us.
How do I contact them to explain that they don't need my parent's passport copies. Their numbers are not valid, I sent them feedback, but no response so far. Is there way to get this sorted out? Will they send back my US passport or hold it?

For my Wife's case - Application is incomplete - Both myself and my photographs is taken at same professional passport picture place, so both are valid and correct pics.
Photograph Photograph provide is taken too close. The shoulder should be visible. Please resend physical photo to the CKGS application center.You can send it us via prepaid label. Pending
