Notes:
Initially the process was smooth but trouble started when passport was requested during match-up. I got an email from CKGS that the match-up process is completed and my documents will be mailed out in one business day but the documents were not mailed to me even afetr three days. I called them to see what is going on, they said they were unable to locate my prepaid envelop (I sent three envelops--two with the application form and one with US passport for match up process) and asked to email prepaid label. I got an email from customer service that they received the label and forwarded to concerned department. After waiting for two more days I called them again but they couldn't locate prepaid label again. I had to send my FEDEX prepaid label for three more times then I got positive response from there dispatch section that they finally received.

Nov 12: Received email from CKGS that OCI has arrived. The govt website did not show this. Also we had two OCI applications, only one email was received.
Dec 4: Received OCI, Renunciation and all cancelled documents.
I am very happy with the service provided by CKGS. In the last few days, we got emails and phone calls regarding the
progress. I had sent an inquiry email, and I don't know whether this prompted them to keep us informed, but it
looks like they acted on their own.
