hey guys! do you know if I can apply for my passport in a different state from where I took my oath?

Interview Experience in Los Angeles
I had my interview at 3:00 pm in LA office, but I was called by officer around 4:40 pm. Officer seemed nice but serious. After Civic and English test, she just confirmed my job title at university and asked only last five-six Qs from end of N-400 form (such as if you wish to take an oath and bear arm, etc.) Then she asked me to sign some info one Ipad. Whole interview was around 2-3 minutes.
Then she congrats me to pass tests and interview, but she said unfortunately I don't have your actual file here to stamp and I can't approve till I have the actual file. She said your file is not brought here from other building and as soon as having it, I will approve it. Then on the decision form she marked "We can't make decisions yet".
Does any one have same experience? How long does it take to have her final approval?

first of all I want to thank god for everything
literally yesterday I commented on someone's post telling them my online status for the n400 is still the same after 2 weeks of my interview
I wasn't worried as the hard part passed
but deep inside I wanted to see something regarding the oath
today I woke up to good news. my online status changed to I was placed in line for oath and then an hour later my oath ceremony notice got mailed.
one more last step. :)

Address changed from San Jose to SFO in Dec,2020
No biometric, I called them...reply wait for bio and field office to SFR

Strange!
Hello friends,
So I saw some strange thing happened after combo interview. So after my interview, I saw my i751 got transferred and on Monday it was approved and my oath ceremony letter was uploaded in my uscis online account. Now today I saw my i751 transferred again but oath ceremony notice was still there.
Is it something I should worry or it’s just a computer glitch?

Portland, OR N400 Interview
My wife and I successfully completed our interviews this morning (03/16/2021), Both our immigrations officers were really nice. Oath taking is schedule for Thursday (03/18/2021). There were no slots today.
There were tons of people for the ceremony downstairs today!
