Status change
We transferred your application to another USCIS field office for review.

What does the exactly mean ?

I submitted my application on November 2019
Biometrics on December 2019
And this status was added on February 2020, since that no changes.

Denied N400 decision
My application was denied by uscis today . I had applied under 3 yrs rule since I am a spouse of US citizen . The officer claims that since I had been a permanent resident since 2013 I can’t apply under 3 yrs rule which I couldn’t find anywhere in the law which stops me to do so . My officer didn’t give a decision for 199days unless when I conveyed through congressman that I will go to the court if they did not send me a decision by may 25, 2020. They gave a decision on may 21st which I received today which i guess is not based on law since the officer didn’t mention it either as where the law says that I can’t apply under 3yrs rule. Anyone who knows a great lawyer whom I can hire to make an appeal against this decision . Any other suggestions ?.

N-400 Houston Filers
I would like to hear from Houston, TX filers. I've applied in Jan 2020 and am waiting for my interview date. Looks like it takes 6-7 months for most Houston filers from application date to Interview date. I was just trying to get some idea on when would my interview date be (could be possibly later due the backup created by office closures), below is my timeline so far:
Applied date: Jan 15, 2020
Biometrics Scheduled: Jan 18,2020
Biometrics reviewed: Feb 6, 2020
