I-751 and N-400
Hi there,

I am due to file for naturalization in one month.

Green card conditions have not been removed yet due to a long waiting time. The last action item taken was the biometrics.

Can I file for N-400 (Naturalization) in one month while the I-751 is still being processed?

Also, do I have to share all the proofs of a bona fire marriage again? They are already part of the I-751 package which is quite substantial.

Any similar experience? Thank you all for your kind help!

Cheers, and stay safe!

USCIS offices will begin to reopen on May 4

On March 18, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services temporarily suspended in-person services at its field offices, asylum offices, and application support centers (ASCs) to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). USCIS offices will begin to reopen on May 4 unless the public closures are extended further. Employees in these offices are continuing to perform mission-essential services that do not require face-to-face contact with the public.

N400 interviews scheduled online?
Hi,

Did anyone hear about N400 interviews being conducted online via video conferencing instead of in person face to face appointment? ( I would not mind if they cancel the interviews all together and grant the applicants the citizenship based on their N400 application looking at the dire coronavirus pandemic situation going on).

N400 Eligibility
Hello friends,

I wanted to check abt the eligibility for Continous presence. When I received my GC, the residence Since was rollbacked 2 year, it was through a marriage to LPR. At the time of approval , my marriage was over 3 years and i had a valid H1B. So i got a 10 year GC but the residence Since was rolled back 2 years to my PD of application of AOS. {I did not travel in the interim }

Upon some research I got to know that certain categories get Rollback credit and ur Residence starts from the date ur Permanent Resident Status says "Residence Since". Is this True, can I apply for Naturalization upon 5 years from the Card that says "Residence Since" ?
