Naturalization through Marriage
Application Date 12/219
BioMetric Date 1/13/20
Interview date 4/25/20
Hello Everyone, I need some advice I am married to a US citizen and I applied for citizenship after three years. 4 weeks ago my wife told she wants a divorce and she moved to her parents house. I am still living in the house that we bought and the house is on sale. We did not file any divorce papers. My wife wants to file for divorce after we sell the house.
I know at the interview I will be asked does your wife live with you? Any suggestions how should I answer that question?

I went for for my citizenships interview on 17th January 2020 , and I passed my writing , speaking and history text, I was recommended for approval ,it’s about nine weeks now no updates for For oat ceremony information.

Has anyone waited this long ?
Is this long wait time common with people who get green card through asylum?
Is there other investigations after interview?

USCIS Offices Temporarily Closed to the Public
Hi all,

Does this mean all the scheduled interviews are cancelled?

"USCIS Offices Temporarily Closed to the Public

As of March 18, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has suspended routine in-person services until at least April 1 to help slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not involve contact with the public. However, USCIS will provide emergency services for limited situations. To schedule an emergency appointment contact the USCIS Contact Center.

USCIS domestic field offices will send notices to applicants and petitioners with scheduled appointments and naturalization ceremonies impacted by this closure. USCIS asylum offices will send interview cancellation notices and automatically reschedule asylum interviews. When the interview is rescheduled, asylum applicants will receive a new interview notice with the new time, date and location for the interview. When USCIS again resumes normal operations, USCIS will automatically reschedule Application Support Center appointments due to the office closure. You will receive a new appointment letter in the mail. Individuals who had InfoPass or other appointments at the field office must reschedule through the USCIS Contact Center, once field offices reopen to the public. Please check the USCIS Field Offices page to see if your field office has reopened before reaching out to the USCIS Contact Center.

Education and precautions are the strongest tools against infection. Get the latest facts by visiting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s COVID-19 website. Continue to practice good health habits, refrain from handshakes or hugs as greetings, and wash hands and clean surfaces appropriately.

USCIS will provide further updates as the situation develops and will continue to follow CDC guidance. Please visit uscis.gov/coronavirus for more information.

Interview - Ceremony same day. Kendall FL
Hi, I attended my interview today at Kendall FL (9:45 a.m.). The officer told me at the end that I was approved and that I had to wait until 2:30 p.m. for the ceremony. Today? yes, today! Oook.
The ceremony was just with the 27 applicants, two chairs between each of us, no family or friends permitted, no protocol, just raised our hands and repeated, applause, then I took my certificate and left.
I would have liked the full ceremony but if I have to choose, I prefer no more waiting. I'm more than happy.

Dec 18 N400 on line.
Dec 21 Biometrics scheduled.
Jan 6 Biometrics reviewed.
Feb 5 Interview scheduled.
Mar 17 Interview attended.
Mar 17 Approved.
Mar 17 Oath ceremony.

Wait until July or August
I felt USCSI announcements on their website regarding Coronavirus and Oath ceremony/appointments will change again, because Trump just said "outbreak could last months and gatherings should be limited to 10 people."

Probably have to wait until August : ((((
