Marriage questions
I have a question i was married in foreign country 2 times. My first marriage divorce was pending in court while i married second because I was told that my divorce was done because it was decided already that's why I married second one. But when I recieved the decree it had divorce date 12 days after my second marriage. Would that be a problem?

Oath ceremony
Update on my case:

So they finally scheduled me for Oath and the status on USCIS stated that they sent me the notice. Hopefully I will receive it in couple days. It took nearly 3 weeks from my interview date til Oath with name change. Not too bad as I was worried that I have to wait months for Oath as I requested name change. I'm in Dallas.

**** My I-751 & N-400 timeline:
6/30/2018 – I-751 application sent
7/01/2019 – N-400 application sent
7/04/2019– Biometric appointment for I-751 scheduled on 7/17/19
7/05/2018 – Biometric appointment for N-400 scheduled on 7/26/19
7/17/2019 – Combo biometric for I-751 & N-400 (I came in, showed the 2 letters to the guy at the reception and asked if I could do both today since the 2 appointments only 1 week apart. He said yes of course)
8/08/2019 – I-751 was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case (NBC Lee Summit, MO)
01/06/2020 – N-400 interview was scheduled
02/10/2020 – I-751 & N-400 combo interview
02/11/2020 - We placed you in line for Oath ceremony
02/14/2020 - We approved your I-751
02/28/2020 - Oath ceremony

N-400 through Albany, NY
Hi guys,

I find this forum very helpful and wanted to thank everyone for sharing their timelines and experiences.

I recently filed my N-400 through Albany, NY and wanted to see if anybody just went or is still going through the same process with this field office. The timeline through myUSCIS and through the USCIS's processing time tool keeps changing, so I find it hard to understand how much time it is actually going to take. So any personal responses and/or experiences would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Oath Ceremonies after March 2020
Hi,

I have one question, does anybody know why there’s no oath ceremonies shown to be scheduled in California beyond those in March 2020?

I’m referring to the following link:

Thanks

N-400 & I-751
Hi guys,
I had my N-400 yesterday on Feb 26th. I aced it but I was bummed that a decision could no be made.
The immigration officer said my I-751 is pending and in Nebraska so they have to request the file, wait for the file to arrive and the approve both of them.
Has anyone ever had this experience? I was hoping for the good news... but I guess I have to wait longer.

Anyone having a processing N400 in Phoenix?
Hi there! My husband’s N400 was completed online 8/16/19. He completed his biometrics about 3/4 days later. His application hasn’t been touched since. I saw a couple timelines on another site for people who are processing in Phoenix, and if his application is on track like theirs, he should be getting an interview notice any day now. Just want to see if there are others on a similar timeline who would share their experiences. Thanks :)

Interview scheduling
Hi everyone again!
I apologize for another question...

How long ahead of time will the applicant hear about their interview date?
For instance, if estimated compilation time is in June, will I hear about it in May?
