He asked me about my marriage date, spouse name, DOB, address and ask the questions of Part 12(N400 application) which are "No" answers and Part 12(45 to 50) which are "Yes" answers for my application.

Fairfax - no movement yet
My wife had an interview for citizenship on first week of Jan i.e.last month, She had gotten a ticket before she went for interview. She told that the officer she got a speeding ticket. Officer told her that she should submit the paper work for the ticket that its resolved before March 4th. We submitted the paper work already 3 times that ticket has been paid off. One via going to USICS office and two times via FedEx. Her status still says "Interview Was Scheduled". There has no movement at all. We have tried taking info-pass appointment at various times of the day and we have not got any luck.
Questions are
1) When (time of the day) we should try so we can succeed in getting info pass appointment ?
2) What are the options we have so this applications moves further?

Two different N455 Notices
Hello,

I received today 2 notices for my Oath Ceremony, both have the same location (Fairfax) and date (March 9) but one is scheduled for the 8:30 AM and the second for the 12:30pm. Anyone has the same experience? I think it is safer to attend the first one.

Complication at Citizenship Interview
Hi,
Wanted to share my experience and see if anyone had a similar situation who could give me some advice.
I just recently had my interview for citizenship. I filed based on 3 years of marriage.
My spouse and I have been separated for the past year but still stayed married. I talked to him before I filed if he was okay with us staying married or did he want to get a divorce. He wanted to stay married and told me to go ahead and file.
Long story short, at my interview, of course I told the officer my spouse and I were still together and didn't mention about the separation. The interview went well and I got approved. He scheduled me my ceremony for the coming week and told me to wait in the lobby for my name to be called to get the appointment letter. I was waiting for about 10 minutes, I saw the officer who interviewed me came out and called me back in. He then asked me to come back into his office. He stated that he just received a letter from my spouse stating that he and I don't live together and have been separated. I was in complete shock. He then changed my case to "Decision cannot be made" and said I will receive in the mail another appointment letter for both my husband and me to come in for another interview. I asked the officer what would happen if he doesn't want to come in. The officer said if my husband doesn't come in my case would be denied and I wouldn't be able to apply for the next 5 years.
At this point, I don't care about the case being denied anymore. Do you think they would dig deeper and possibly take back my green card and deport me? The officer only mentioned 5 year suspension but I'm very worried.
I talked to my lawyer and he said he knows some cases who also lied and got denied but he doesn't think they will go further than just denying the application but I'm still very worried.
Has anyone have a similar experience? I would really appreciate some input.
I made a mistake and I regret it but I'm worried about being deported. As of right now my status online is still shown as "Approved". :(

Santa Ana, CA office timeline?
2/11/2019: Filed for citizenship N-400 by overnight mail
2/12/2019: Received application
2/16/2019: biometrics appointment was scheduled and notice was sent
2/22/2019: no notice yet and online I only see that the appointment was scheduled? Cannot see the date?

Is this typical?

Anyone got a timeline for Santa Ana, CA interview? How long after your biometrics did you get the Interview notice? and how long after was the interview?

I know, I know first world problems....but I need to plan many trips so I am trying to get the biometrics done and then leave for couple of weeks...since it seems like the interview wait is LONG.

Thanks!

Hello,

For those who had the oath ceremony with name change, did you receive a name change certificate signed by the judge besides the naturalization certificate?
