N400 Dallas how long till resolution once case is outside normal processing times.

PD: 07/17/17
Interview : 10/18/18
Oath: 11/01/18

I requested to reschedule oath ceremony because I was out of country.

It's been more than 100 days and I'm waiting for my oath ceremony.

Dallas is currently processing files as of June 12 2017 for N400 anyways ...
And it keeps increasing by one day every day, so by March 21, cases filed before July 18 2017 will be considered outside of normal processing times.

So if I don't get my oath scheduled by that time and submit an email request that case is outside normal processing times, how much longer till they resolve it ?

Oath ceremony de-scheduled due to a unforeseen circumstances.
Found out today that my oath ceremony in at the District court which was scheduled for March 14 got de-scheduled. When I check the "ceremony dates" section of the court website, the February oath dates show de-scheduled but March 14 shows fine...

As a note, i requested name change in the N400. Does it have something to do with Gov shutdown since I read that oath with name change is judicial ceremony which takes place at the district court?

My naturalization process completed. (ATLANTA)
City: Atlanta
PD: 1/7/2018
FP: 2/8/2018
Interview: 1/10/2019. Exactly 1 year and 3 days from PD.
Oath: 2/8/2019

The interview process was simple and I was out of there in 30 minutes. The interviewing officer was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. I was initially nervous, but felt relaxed once we started the process. Answered all 6 questions correctly, even though I had only studied them the day before the interview. At the end of the interview, he gave me a single printed sheet of paper and said congratulations, I'm approving your application. Within a few hours, I received an email indicating that my oath ceremony was scheduled for February 8th.

I had a my oath last Friday at federal building in downtown Atlanta. The ceremony was amazing and very moving. I was about 15 minutes late to the process for the 9:00 AM scheduled ceremony time due to usual traffic congestion getting into downtown. But fortunately, the security guards told me that the ceremony doesn't start till 11:00. Even though the notice from USCIS indicated the time at 9:00 AM. The two hours are for getting everyone processed and seated. Very professional and helpful staff at the federal building.

After the ceremony, I registered to vote. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't get a chance to apply for passport. But I'll be doing that soon at local post-office this week.

Thanks to everyone that helped answer questions here and those that continue to help others. I started my process by researching various other forums. Specifically VisaJourney. But that forum has turned into an anti-immigration cesspool. So immihelp became my go-to place for answers and to gain some confidence based on experiences of others that were posted here.

For those still waiting, your time will come. The process is extremely simple and you'll do just fine. Hang in there. Good luck.

Waiting interview Baltimore, MD
Timeline:
Application received 06/11/2018
Priority Date 06/07/2018
Biometric scheduled 06/16/2018
Biometric appointment 07/05/2018
Reviewed Biometric 07/05/2018

I originally filed in NYC in June and after my biometric nothing else happened on my case just continually being reviewed. I moved in November to Baltimore, MD and did a change of address online on 11/26/2018 and called to confirm it. After that received a letter confirming my change of address then online it updated to “We transferred your application to another USCIS field office for review” it says to review my doc on my document tab but there are no document their. I called the 1800 number last week and I was told and interview had been requested but a date hadn’t been set up yet and I haven’t received anything in the mail nor on my online account. Is that normal should I keep calling ?

Just so ready for all of this to be over, really worried I’ve been reading this forum and alot of applicant going to the Baltimore office get that “a decision cannot be made” at their interview. Also really worried about IO being able to serve NTA at the interview. I just want to go to this interview and know exactly what’s next.
