Fresno, CA
my husband had his naturalization interview in September 2018...gave him a N-652 paper stating he passed however a decision can not be made. Said he should get a response within 120 days...4 mths...we are not 2 weeks away from closing the 120 days and still no response. all i keep getting is emails stating "we are still reviewing your case, no updates".....but whats odd is when i check the Case Status online its info is not up to date. it still states sending him a notice to appear for his Naturalization test. is anyone else from California in the same situation..???? there taking way to long and its making us nervous!

Confused and anxiously waiting...
Hi Guys! I filed for my N400 in Queens, NY. Are there anyone else here who have filed from Queens or NY that can share their experience?

My timeline:

Filed N400: 30th Oct, 2018.
Received bio-metrics notice: 3rd Nov, 2018.
Received bio-metrics date: 6th Nov, 2018.
Completed bio-metrics: 20th Nov, 2018.
Reviewed bio-metrics: 20th Nov, 2018.

They posted to my account, "we have reviewed your bio-metrics you do not need to do anything at this time" .

My case completion has changed to 10 months but I have some questions in regards to that. I hope someone on this forum will be able to help me clarify some information.

The 10 months that was estimated does that mean within that time I would have done the interview and the oath ceremony or does that mean they would have completed whatever they need to do and then they will contact me, I am not sure how it works exactly, can someone please explain this to me. Also I applied for a name change would that mean that my oath ceremony will take longer?

After my Citizenship interview
I had a successful interview for my citizenship , the agent told my i pass the interview , But they still need a transcript of a 5 years tax paid ,
I received a letter from the USNS after 2 month to send them this IRS tax paid for past 5 years
The problem the IRS do not give more than 4 years , I called the IRS and also requested by mail
I sent that back to the USNS and still waiting over 3 month
Anyone had this experience before ? know how long is it take to hear back ?

USCIS estimated process time 14 months Jacksonville FL
I was LPR and applied N400 on 12/24/18.
Nothing is updated yet other than receipt of the application.
The USCIS homepage said the estimated time to finish my application is 14 months.
I wonder how accurate this is?
Can anyone share comments on estimated vs. actual processing time?
