Los Angeles Filer - Waiting - Traffic ticket
Hello everyone, here’s some of my personal stats:
Priority date: September 15th, 2017
Biometrics approx 1 month later
—- only took thumb impression form one hand
As of last night July 6th 2018 still no updates.
My application was on a 3 year married to a US Citizen basis.
I have no criminal record but I just recently got a traffic ticket that is worth $260.00
I will pay it of course and attend driving school to avoid the point in my license but I wonder if it’s a thing to worry about?
Also I filed the application myself, should I have gotten a lawyer?
Are there any people who might have gotten traffic fines and got approved who can ease my axiety??
Also, it would help a lot of other LA people shared their experiences.
The dates on the USCIS website are not exactly current with the applications being looked at at the moment. It says 9-15 months
I’m so nervous and want this to be done already!
Any advise on my questions are greatly appreciated

Can I choose the below option if I am applying after 4 years 9 months? My 5 years are completing on 10/04/2018.

Traffic ticket's date
Hi,
I was filling out the N400 form and I had some traffic tickets to list which I got many years back. I don't remember the exact dates and the amount I paid in court for those tickets.
Is it ok if I give some random date and add a note in description like this...
Note: The date I have provided is not accurate as the incident happened more than 6 or 7 years ago & I don't remember the exact date. Please excuse me.
Let me know if there is any better way to handle this scenario.

Houston Jul oath ceremony
Received oath letter today (Jul 5).
Oath ceremony is on Jul 25.
Took 18+ months from PD to oath day.
