Oath Ceremony notice missing ... NYC
HI , everyone one...
i had N400 interview was May 26 th in Faderal Plaza, NY and May 27th the status changed to "Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed"... But from 27th to till today, I didn't get any letter or anything, I went to post office and ask them, they said if there was any letter u should get it.. I called customer service they said to wait a month..... usually, i got all the letter from USCIS with in 3 business day
what should i do now? i don't want to be any hassle....
any Idea?

In reference with my application I submitted on JULY 2017, my priority day is JULY 17th, the last request was my finger print and after that it's just wait, and wait. If you guys have the same experience with this particular office can you please share your progress so that way I'll be able to see where are we standing at?.

I just wanted to share that I applied for my wife's petition last month on June 8th
One of the evidence I provided for showing bonafide marriage is a website I hosted for wedding invitation and to share pictures.
I added google analytics tracking to all pages and I noticed someone accessing it 3 weeks later from the same city as the processing center.

I live in San Diego.... my lawyer sent my paperwork to Phoenix Service Center. Early filer based on 3 year residency(marriage).
File sent: Jan. 8, 2018
PD: Jan. 10, 2018
Biometrics Done: May 10, 2018
Status online shows "USCIS is actively working on my file". I realize the 4 months wait from receipt of application to biometrics is unusual. I hope this was an anomaly and that I get my background check completed soon(I think this is when the status will change to in line for interview).
Anyone else experienced such delays with their biometrics? USCIS shows wait time for San Diego is 8.5 to 13.5 months.

Apply while out of USA
Hi, I am currently out of USA and my application eligibility is July 6th 2018. My spouse is still in USA. Can he apply for me online while I am out of country? Also, does it matter if 2 of the 3 applicants apply early (a week or so) and 3rd applicant apply later after a week? Does USCIS schedule FP/interviews at the same time for entire family or it can be different for each family member?
