Hi guys! I had my Naturalization interview last 4/3/18 in NYC Federal Plaza and was approved by my IO. I had to come back again 4/27/18 because my IO forgot to take my fingerprints during interview! :( I asked him how long should i wait fo the oath ceremony and he said usually around "2 months" but some people can have their oath around "3 weeks". Fast forward 3 months after my interview and still no Oath letter, no change of my status online! I'm getting really worried and slightly depressed about it. I will be starting a new job soon and my Green card is expiring end of the year what should i do?

I had my interview last may 18, 2018 in LA. IO told me that he will recommend me for approval. But when i checked the form that he gave me, he checked the “decision cannot be made at this time”. After a week, i received a letter requesting to send two photos. Until now i havent received any update with my case. Do i need to call for infopass or just wait? I also requested for a name change.

I am waiting for my interview to be scheduled after submitting my N400 last year in Houston. I am planning to move to Midland Texas. if I change my address the processing time starts over?

Is it necessary to disclose to the immigration officer the fact that I received a speeding ticket about 10years ago even if he/she doesn't ask for it (although I paid for it)?

    Also, is there any correlation between " being stopped by an officer for speeding and given a ticket" and the Yes/No question where it says ' have you ever been cited or summoned'? or in other words if they ask about that specific yes/no question, then should I mention about speeding ticket anyway? Appreciate your response. thank you in advance!

Status online still says "we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400"

-- Anyone have similar experiences with minor corrections to the N-400 and a name change?
-- What has been your experience with receiving an approval and then the timeline to an Oath Ceremony?
-- Do you guys think minor corrections to the N-400 during the interview will delay my process?

My Experience:

Had my interview last week. Waited 1hr and 15mins. Seemed like it was one interviewer for four of us in the waiting room. I had to wait for three people in front of me.

During the interview my IO reviewed my file and I had the following corrections:
1) What is your full legal name? I responded first and last but didn't mention my middle name. Note, my GC, foreign passport, and N-400 form only have first and last. As she shuffled through my supporting documents I quickly mentioned I have a middle name on my birth certificate and she said, "that is not what you said". I explained that I don't have my middle name on my passport or GC and she said that "your legal name is your first, middle, and last name on your birth certificate". I apologized, politely, and said I was confused. We moved on.
2) She confirmed about my name change request and then asked for 2 photos.
3) I had one stamp in my passport in 2013 that I didn't reflect in my travel log in my N400 form. Explained what I thought it was and she said, "it doesn't matter as I can look it up".
4) corrected marriage date and height - for some reason I had those incorrect with minor differences.
5) Was asked for tax returns and I mentioned I also have tax transcripts and she asked to keep those instead.
6) She asked if I paid for all of my taxes due and then how I paid for them.
7) Then we went through all the y/n questions and she read them out loud thoroughly.

Civics Test:
-- was asked to read "when is Columbus Day?" and then write "Columbus Day is in October."
-- was asked only 5 questions:
1) How long is the term of a senator?
2) What does the Constitution do?
3) How many senators are there?
4) Forgot the fourth question...
5) Name one branch of the Federal government? I answered, "the executive" and the IO smirked and then I said also, "the President" and the IO was quiet for one minute and then said I passed. I thought this was weird as it seemed like she was about to say I was wrong based on her smirk.

She had me sign two forms and said "that a decision can't be made and that I have 120 days to review your file". I asked her if she needs the full 120 days and she responded saying "no not all". I also asked her what areas in particular she needs to review and said "all of it" with a smile. She walked me to the photocopier and handed me a copy of the N652 and greeted me goodbye.

Hello guys, thank you all who have responded to every question I asked through this journey, today I had my interview in Maine and passed, my officer gave me the N-652 saying congratulations for passing, I asked her about the oath ceremony date and she said she recommends me for approval and once her supervisor gives the final approval I should receive and oath ceremony letter in the mail in about a month, my question is: based on your experiences, how long will it be until I receive that or at least see a status change online? because it still says "interview scheduled"

I submitted my N400 application on January 2018 and the status is showing expected date as May 2019. I did complete my biometrics.

Does anybody experience second fingerprint for your N400 application?
I just received a notice for second fingerprint. The IO said the first one that was done in March 2017 has been expired and they need the updated one. Do you know how long it will take to get an interview after second fingerprint? I submitted my case since 2/2017 and status still shows case in line for the interview.....very frustrating long wait :(
