Interview day took a while but finally here
I apply in June of 2017, got my finger printed exactly one month later. Then until May of 2018 - almost a year, I have not heard a word. But finally it arrived. My interview date arrived in the mail and it felt a winning lottery ticket.
I studied the first few months from the booklet but I got annoyed carrying it with me so I made an app.
The app is working offline so internet is not required. You can learn from anywhere. The app name is USA Citizenship Test Prep. The app provides full access to all the content available in the booklet as well as the questions that are US State specific. I also realized that not everyone who's taking the exam is fluent in English and it might be a bit difficult to study the question in English so I made the made the app in 4 other languages. Korean, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.

if you have any suggestions to improve the application, feel free to let me know and I will see what I try my best to make it work.

Sent to the Wrong FO for interview
I filed my application feb 23, 2017, FP on the 23 of March and three days later my status changed to “in line for an interview” this was the longest line ever in my life. My FO at the time was Dallas and in January of 2018 I relocated to Kentucky for school. So I did the change of address online and called couple of days after to make sure it was in the system, I got a notice from uscis stating that my change of address has been updated on my case. Feb 26, 2018 Louisville FO sent me a notice saying my case is in their office and that they will schedule my interview within 90 days. On May 08, 2018 my online status changed to interview was scheduled, got the letter on the 14th and my interview date was June 12. However they scheduled my interview at the Dallas office and I flew out there, the IO was very nice and she was also upset as to why they scheduled my interview for Dallas instead of Louisville. She tried getting approval to do my oath today but her supervisor said it was out of their jurisdiction so I will have to take my oath in Louisville. I passed the test and she said they’ll approve my application today and mail it out to the Louisville FO also today. She assured me that my application will go out in the mail today. USCIS communications are poor and these are some of the reasons for unnecessary delay in the process. I so can’t wait for this to be over!

Dallas interview completed
I completed my interview today and recommended approval. However I was expecting oath letter but the IO told me they stopped handing out oath letter 2 weeks back and need to wait for oath letter by mail. Did anyone hear that recently?

N-400 Extended review for almost one year
Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read my post. I took my citizenship test back in July 11th 2017, which I passed and I am still waiting for my oath ceremony which was only going to take 30-90 days to be mailed to me according to the officer who interviewed me. It has been almost a year now and I am still waiting. I spoke to many officers who gave me the same answer extended review. I can't make an infopass and the office who handled my case never has an opening. It is located in San Bernardino California. I checked their processing time for N-400 and it says 4.5 to 13 months.

Last time I spoke to an officer on 05-02-18, he said that there was a mistake that he could fix and I should be receiving my oath ceremony letter in the mail in 5 weeks. 2 weeks to get the generated inquiry message letter and 2 to 3 weeks for my oath ceremony to be mailed.

After speaking to couple attorneys, they suggested lawsuit as the USCIS legally has 6months to get back to me and finalize the case and they already violated that. If anyone had a similar issue or has any advice please help and thank you tremendously.
( I also have been told that the field office will only give generic message).
THANK YOU !
