Child Derivative Citzen Passport Application
Myself and my spouse will be soon be naturalized citizen. My child was born abroad and is a permanent resident. She is 1.5 years old. Can somebody help me with the process to apply for her US passport and what documentation to be provided?

Hi guy,
I had the interview an hour ago at ATL Field office. The interview went well I passed the English tests as well as history and government, but during reviewing my form n400 with IO, he asked about my 2017 tax and gave him, then he asked why me and my wife have filed separately. I told him that's how my wife wanted it ( my wife is an American and I filed based on 3 years married to US spouse) after that he asked about bank statements and other documents. I gave him the bank statements of both of us plus our house lease which has both of our names and also car insurance which also have both out name on it. Finally he told me the decision cannot yet be made and he handed form N652 and told me they will send me a written decision about my application.
My question is what does that mean in regard to my application? I am confused. Please I need your experienced answers. Thanks

Waiting for Oath Letter - Dallas
Hello, Is there any one who attended interview on or after 05/23 and can you please update your status on Oath Letter, Oath Ceremony or status updates online etc...I had mine on 05/23 and still waiting for oath letter. Case status did not get update as well.

PHX, AZ office oath timeline?
Hi I had the interview almost 3 weeks ago and was recommended for approval. But it has been three weeks and i haven't received the oath letter and nothing changes on my online status. any Phx filers who recently received oath letter? thank you.

What is the minimum time notice USCIS in Los Angeles give before oath ceremony?
I plan to leave los angeles for one week starting next week and be back after father's day. Today I finally got a status changed saying We scheduled your oath ceremony. Does anyone how soon before they give the date and can I call them and ask?

Does anybody knows what happen when I move having a new address in a different city while I'm stuck in the step "case in line for an interview"? I'm wondering if my file will start the new time of process of the new city, I don't want to be at the end of the line like I started the process.
I filed in Houston office on November 2017 and want to move to Austin, also I don't know which office will continue to review my case.

Question Regarding N-400 Timeline - La Brea, CA
Hi all,
I filed my N-400 application on May 22, 2018 and got mail from USCIS on the 30th stating my biometrics is schedule for June 15, 2018. The thing is, my green card expires late November of this year (2018). I read somewhere on the USCIS website to apply for a N-400 6 months before the green card expires and highly regret doing this since it seems like it took most people up to a year in larger US/immigrant cities like ATL, HOU, NYC, etc. Online, it states that my estimated case completion time is June 2019, but that would mean from the time my green card expires and my estimated citizenship, I'll technically be illegal for 7 months--which is a huge issue since I'm currently employed and am pretty sure that won't work well with my HR department... I am also issuing a name change (which I've read takes longer).
I've just been scrolling thru the comments and haven't seen a case like mine, but what would some of you guys suggest I do? I already sent a message in my online app portal so am waiting for someone to get back to me.

I hope you can help me with few questions, my interview will take place in few weeks, I'm not worried about English or civics test, but I have other questions, please help answering them:
1- When I applied, I had been a permanent resident in the US for more than 5 years, but I applied based on my 3 years marriage to a US citizen to whom I am still married, can I change my N400 the day of the interview into a 5 years residence based application?
2- I have never been arrested, but I have 2 speeding tickets and 1 parking ticket, is that considered a detention?
3- Is receiving unemployment for few months while being laid off in my first job few years ago considered "government assistance"?

Anyone faced "Decision cannot yet to be made" situation after interview?? After waiting almost a year ,now during the interview they said , we need to review some documents How long generally this take? Please share your experience. My interview was in Chicago FO
