N-400 Dallas Field Office Interview Time Frame
Hi All,
Does anyone know how long it's taking to get an interview for N-400 Case #NBC* for Dallas Field Office? My wife's case shows it's in line for interview 10/16/17 but what puzzles me is that my friend's wife case has an interview already on 5/30/18 with Dallas Field Office but he sent her application in January 2018 well after my wife's.
To me it seems unfair as if there were any issues with my wife's case they would of told me correct? I thought it's first in first out system? But what i notice is my friend's wife's case starts with IOE (ELIS-efiling) but he told me he filed paper not electronic for his wife's N-400.
I understand throughout the whole nation N-400 cases from various field offices will be differnt from when you submit the application to when you get an interview date but in my wife's case, she filed in Dallas Field Office and my friend's wife filed in Dallas Field Office too but she got the interview date well before my wife's? Do you think this is an error or do they cherry pick a case based on ethinicity? Do i need to hirew a lawyer to help me?

Dallas Oath Ceremony- Last update
So today was my oath ceremony and as of today, I am now a US Citizen. So glad it is done, after waiting for almost 15 months here is my timeline:

In line for interview: 08/28/17
Interview Scheduled: 4/17/18
Interview: 5/22/18
Oath Letter mailed: 5/25/18
Oath Taken: 5/30/18 ( administrative)

BROOKLYN-N400-Fuck sake 14 months!!!!
Yes guys,again ,me here.I have done third infopass today and the **** answer is sameee.Wait!!Backround check and so and soo.It dosent make any changes to your case!Just a wate of time with rude officers.Since April 26th,jist keep waiiting.Lawywrs has no answer too.Legaly i cannot take any action!!!!!I know only another 2 guys on here who have been waiting here over a year,other than these guys,is there anyone that who got his passaport at long period???14 months waited,no patience left at all...No cure for this situation!!! Just wasted 14 months for this stupid process.I have no words left to write down here even.Just good luck to everybody who is taking this long journey.

EAD Renewal: PLEASE HELP
PLEASE HELP: My EAD will expire next week, I sent renewal in January 2018 and received extension notice of 180 days but no news yet getting actual EAD
