How long for Oath Ceremony - Dallas?
I had my interview on Dec 5th which was successful and I passed. I was given the congratulations letter that I got recommended approval. Now it been 2 weeks and I havent received any letter or my online status changed still showing interview was scheduled.

Anyone else on this forum had their interview in Dallas around early Dec? Is still waiting for the ceremony letter or got your letter ready?

Also what does recommended approval means? Am I approval or no? Getting stressed out about this.

Please advise. Thank you,

Travel when waiting to be called for interview
I did my fingerprinting and am waiting to be called for an interview. From the reply I have received (on this forum), I anticipate it would be 4-5 months before my interview.

Can I travel to my home country before my interview? I assume it is OK because I have a green card now and this status is not going to change before my interview.

Please let me know. Thanks.

My N400 application journey is over
Hello All,
just a quick recap of my journey.
My field office is Seattle.
I had filed in early Feb 2017 and had my interview on 12/12/2017. Quite a long wait but totally worth it. Interview took about 25 mins. No major issues.
Oath ceremony the same day. Applied the passport on the 13th at Seattle Passport Agency and picked up my passport on the 14th(Today). Yeah, Passport was super fast.
Thanks to all and good luck!
