June 20th 2016 -- Biometric was scheduled

Hi, I had an interview for naturalization and finished that smoothly also submitted all requirement documents. the immigration officer said he can't make the decision because I have a felony on eluding 3rd degree when I was 19 years old, that happened 16 years ago. he said he can see I changed my life since I have a stable job bought a house and have a family now, but he did not know if I was qualified to apply for citizenship since that happened in Jersey and now I live in PA , online my status has not changed still shows that the original interview was schedule which it happened 4 weeks ago, would I have a chance.

I filled my application on 4/2/16, biometrics on 5/19/16, but I am yet to receive notification for interview. Has anyone with IOE receipt number from Cincinnati been invited yet? I hear they have started inviting the IOE numbers.

Anybody from minneapolis saint paul area ?? sent my application on may 9th. Biometrics done on june 17th. No updates since then. online status says on may 27th biometrics appointment was scheduled.

I am starting to be very worried :( (sad)
I really need help trying to think my process is being "normal" I want to know if any of you have the same experience as me. I am from San Diego County in CA. This is my timeline:
February 2016, Sent my application
2/26/2016 - Received by USCIS
3/5/2016- Notice for Biometrics
3/22/2016- Biometrics appointment
Since then there has not been any change on the "my status" on my USCIS website.. this is all that it tells me every time i check:

I am SO WORRIED, my brother sent his application a month after me, we both live in San Diego County and he already got his interview at the beginning of September. I have never been arrested, never had any issues, not even pulled over by the police, EVER! I am so desperate!
