mix up on Itin application from English disabled writer
Can anyone help me/ Create space Amazon know about this issue.

I applied as unpaid writer on disabled for Itin tax code to Austin as Create space publishing told me. I wait for book launch date from library in England. I write unpaid for Ether books and United press and Forward poetry and websites like Bibliofaction and Spoken stories. I have novel not selling yet due to lack of publicity on Create space.

I applied with W7 form for IRS Itin no as Create space told me. I sent new passport as far as I recall and birth certificate. I got green reply slip saying ID docs okay 2 weeks ago after 6 week wait. Then yesterday a letter came saying my ID was not enough and I needed to apply for exemption clause on W7.I may have sent wrong out of date passport but feel not. I am on disabled. I do not know if green card area of site is for disabled? I had a breakdown as vulnerable female in hard area easy to abuse with taking unpaid work and with corruption. I was sex stalker, broken in on and could have been suffocated in attempt rape in flat in Barnsley YOrks as innocent virgin lady in 98. Police and health tortured me as deluded subculture for 10 years until 2010. I am long term disabled, potential for trauma. I may have put letter about this to IRS office in Austin and they may have seen my passport as weak, not packing business punch, and begun to play with me. I was told to reapply. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THEY ARE LIKELY TO TELL ME TO APPLY ASKING FOR EXEMPTION SIN CE I AM ON BENEFITS, LIKE YOUR US SSA, AND SINCE I AM ON LONG TERM DISABLED DOING RESTRICTED WORK? as such are they not breaking rules not telling me this?

I tried to ring but it costs a lot to phone USA. I can get cheap phone card from Tesco but would like free help. I tried to phone IRS London US embassy; day after putting message on their phone I did get docs back, as if someone there reminded US office I feared ID docs lost in mail. But answerphone in London sounds different unless it is not same in out of work hours, with no message link to leave message about ITIN.
Can you help me chase them up? I am worried and told Create space I cannot sell novel.

I cant imagine someone running an it consulting company in this manner. If you dont believe this post, just talk to their recruiter, attend their class or talk to the owner. You will make out what is going on. all fake stuff, fake resumes, no direct clients, h1b fraud etc. couldn't find a single happy soul associate with them.

Dont buy flats of Aditya Shagun Builder
We are suffering a lot because of this builder. Aditya Shagun builder is money sucker, staff is very rude. There are lot of hidden charges which you came to know at possession time, when you refuse to pay, builder simply denies to give you possession. They not even give any written letter for these hidden charges. Hope this post helps you to make proper call if you're interested to buy property of this builder.

Feedback on Aditya Shagun builder
Hi All,

We bought up a flat in Comfort zone, Balewadi,Pune. We booked the flat in month of December 2007 and builder assured us to give the possession till March 2009. This construction is build by builder named Aditya and Shagun developers.We applied for a home loan to HDFC bank, as we're abroad, we gave power of attorney to my father to process the loan. In the process of loan sanctioning there was a delay of about 1.5 months (as the builder was dependant on the bank for the loan money), during this the builder forced us to complete the aggrement process, which we did . We paid 94 % of payment out of 53.06,000 /- after execution of agreement i.e. by end of June 2008. It is January 2010 now and we are asking for our possession of the house (which the builder was suppossed to give in the month of March 2009) Buildr refused to give possession & is demanding Rs 89,000 /- as a penalty towards delay payment in loan sanction period , they are not giving us anything in writing and also not ready to give us the possession without paying the amount (all is in verbal communication done by the builders appointed sales person). They have given physical possession to other flat holders and builder is telling that we will not ask you to take the possession until completion certificate is received from the corporation . In the agreement it is mentioned that after 24 months from the date of agreement the builder is responsible to pay 9% delay charges . The date of agreement is 29 th April 2008 .

Does anyone in this forum encounter the same problem?

Can anyone please suggest some action against the builder or what steps should i take ?

Aditya builder is cheater
I have kindly suggestion to you do not buy property from this builder we are sufferd alot interm of money. Thier are many hidden charges that he is not telling while purchase then at time of possesion its appear.

Aditya Garden City - Pathetic Project - DONT BUY
We are regretting buying a flat at Garden city. The quality of the flat is not good at all. The staff is very unhelpful and rude, especially the lady manager.(Danger Madam)

Aditya Builders - Spk to ppl already stayin before buying.
Saw a lot posts regarding Aditya...Thought would add my own opinion. I have bought a flat from them in Lullanagar. Needless to say had a harrowing experience with them. The build quality is decent...but in terms of providing amenities he is the worst... No proper garden provided.... patchwork all around....doesnt give intital funding for the society... no proper landscaping...all kinds of **** piled up below the soil....Our society is spending money and redoing all the crappy work he has done with our own money.... Very untrustworthy builder....doesnt even give receipt while booking... Pls speak to people who currently stay in his projects before buying...Now we dont even trust PBAP...Aditya builders is present on the committeee....what can you expect from them....
