I too had bad experience with Rediff.com i had purchased a Mp3 player from Rediff and its not working properly. The device shown on the website was SAFA a Korean Company and they send me a duplicate Sony Made in Varnasi..........when i tried to call the Ph:no was someone else's i eman Personal No:..........Never trust Rediff.com....never buy anything through Rediff...We people should really protect against such Websites.............

Please never buy anything from rediff auctions.
I had purchased a SONY USB drive (512Mb) with MP3, FM &.... The FM was not working fine. I contacted a person called DANISH of rediff auctions & he asked me to send it back to their Mumbai office. I sent it in Dec 2005 & still there is no response from their side. That bloody Danish has switched off his bloody mobile & also has closed his e-mail account. When I contacted their customer care they have the same contact number of his which he has swithched off.
If anybody knows the address of Rediff auctions in Mumbai, Kindly share!!!

Bad experiance with Rediff.com
I purchased some stuffs on 22/03/2006 from the site and they have debited my accounts immediately. But still after 6 days I am not in receipt of anything . I contacted to rediff number in Mumbai office and their responce was totally unprofessional. I would not suggest anyone to buy from Rediff.com!!

REDIFF CHEATED ME BY NOT DELIVERING GOODS

Kindly never ever do any shopping with REDIFF.I had horrible experience with them.
I placed an express delivery order for Valentine flowers to my wife on 13th Feb 2005.This order was never delivered.Despite my repeated complaints and customer care requests ,rediff is not responding to my queries.
Kindly dont become a victim of cheap money making tactics by rediff.Its no wonder this site never had a contact number for customer support and also they dont respond to customer queries.

Going Consumer Court against REDIFF
REDIFF.COM is nothing but Cheating. I have ordered a Cake vode ref no: 3034289 on 10th Feb 2006. But till now it is showing "Waiting for Bankl Approval", where as My ICICI Bank Acoount debited immediately...This means they are Chating. WE SHOULD LEAVE THESE CHATERS LIKE THIS. DAY AFTER TOMARROW I WILL GO TO AHMEDABAD & will send a Leagal Notice to REDIFF.com By Consumer Forum & I will see This bloody Cheating Site will be closed. I STILL CAN NOT BELEIVE REDIFF site is cheating coz It has got good reputation. In this process of bringing down rediff i may hv to waste a lot of time & Money. So kindly pl give some monetaory help to me so that I can give status of our fight. Pl deposit Rs.20 only to my ICICI A/C 030801502566 . U hv to beleive somebody. I any body can take lead pl let me know & Am ready to pay!! Thanks & Regards...sumanth.
