Need your suggestion. My parents recently interviewed for B2 visa for attending my graduation, my mom's was approved and the my father's visa was rejected. She gave 221(g) receipt and it was mentioned to send all the information to [email protected] (Resume, Invitation Letter, Funding).
So my question is
In the resume should he mention all the employers which he had worked with so far?
What' s the estimated time for processing?

Hi everyone, I need some guidance and advices regarding my B2 interview which I’ll be attending on the 25th of November
Profile: 25ys Congolese, but living in Cape Town for 9 years now
Studies graphic design but not completed, still have 1 outstanding subject before I graduate
Employed for 4 years in the same company
salary $20000 per annum
Travel history I’ve only been to South Africa and my country
Wanting to Travel in June for my 26th birthday as a genuine tourist as I been saving towards that for awhile now
Own a car, no house but I have an apartment lease agreement

visitor visa for sister/brother-in-law family
Hi everyone,
I have visa interview scheduled for my sister/brother in law and their 2 kids studying 10th and 8th grade. I am H1b visa and inviting my sister family for visiting me and also my husband is graduating with phd degree in Dec 2019.(have invitation letter from university). what are the changes of getting the visitor visa if we tell them they are visiting for the Graduation as my sister family is not direct relation to my husband.
Also is it good idea to tell VO multiple reasons for the visiting like celebrating Christmas and new year with us and also we have wedding anniversary in same month including above reasons.
Please let me know which reason should be appropriate to convince the VO, also my brother in law has a central govt job in india.also I am sponsering the visa for them

i had my parents visa yesterday on 18th Nov 2019 and they went for B2 visa with all the supporting docuemt (incl i -134 / my visa status / bank balance etc..), their b2 visa was rejected last year and applied this year again at Mumbai consulate.
they gave all the answer correctly and even they were giving all the documents to VO but they said that they only wants to see Passport. this is not fair when you send original documents from USA to INDIA supporting the B2 visa and they dont see any document.
I am working on L1B visa in USA and living since last 2.5 years and had a strong case this time. Please see below question asked and still dont get any idea on why they rejected the same

Q- What is your son doing in USA
A - Job as XYZ
Q - which company
A XYZ
Q- How many sons do you have & are those married

My father and we 2 married brother’s won’t be travelling and she is going alone.

I have beeen to US four times i.e in 1997-2000-2002-2004.My visa were issued mutiple visa thru Drop.Box facility after i went for first time in 1997. My Visa got expired in 2014...I ididnt felt need of renewing visa before 2014 expiry.My father who is now 72 years of Age went to US last time to US was in 2002.He has been to US 14 times. All are family had US Visa till 2014 but we didnt felt need of renewing.
Now me and my father wants to apply for US visa again together..(Only Me n My Dad) as he wants to visit US now and want o accomapny me due to his health reason and this time it would be an Interview..What documents shall we submit now along with application...Sponsor letter etc etc.
Is it advisable tht i apply with my Wife n Three Small Kids together?
Or Do i apply along with my Father and after i get visa than make my wife n kids apply for visa later

I have been invited by a friend in US she came to visit her in laws in my country and she needed someone to take her through the city, she works as a caregiver and receive $6,000 a month. I work a traditional Culture Group we take people on tour once they visit my country.i work as a Traditional Culture Dancer and also a tour Gide man , I receive $800 per month and also I have no travel history my interview is on the 18th of November I need advice and what are my chances of getting approved
