I have couple of frnds in USA and i had mentioned one frnds details, my parents old at home.
No travel history
Purpose to visit was tourism n visit north east Usa coz my frnd is residing in north east for two weeks, my visit was only for tourism purpose.

Please help me. I have been in this issue since 1yr :(
I am on a student visa (F1) and my husband has a green card. I want to apply visitor visa for my mom. The issue is there is only 12yr gap between me and my mom as per her passport (That is wrong and we don't know her correct DOB yet). I realized this 1yr ago when I was filling DS-160 for visitor visa. I tried a lot to make a DOB change in her passport but I couldn't do it till now.
Is that fine if I apply for her visitor visa (my husband will sponsor her because I'm still a student)? My fear is what if they find it out while interviewing her? will it be a problem? What do I do now?

Hi everyone, i just want to share my experience with my 2 refusals of US Visa here in the Philippines.
i have a multiple entry visa for 10years and expired back in 2012. used it once.
applied last 2018 but got denied.
applied again last march 2019 got denied.
i have a good paying job and position and as well as a good travel history and have been to different countries and just recently in Canada for 7 days.
i want to try my luck again but i dont know why i couldnt get my US visa. is it because of my mother who got deported last 2009 from the US back here in the Philippines and they can still see that data and no matter how i do well in my travel history and good paying job here in my home country they wont give me the US visa because of my Mother's history?
will i still get the same refusal if I try my luck anytime before the year ends?

I need your opinion on my case.
My wife is in Florida on F1. I applied for F2 in May 2019 to visit her for 15 days. The consular rejected me on 214(b). The interview was short (3mins max).
What is the purpose of ur visit?
Me: i am going to visit my wife and spend Eid holidays together.
2- Eid Holidays? please elaborate
Me: i explained him the Eid Festival
3- What is ur wife doing there?
Me: i told him she is completing her aviation courses from (named the flying academy)
4- Do yo have kids?
Me: I told him we dont have Kids.
He scanned through his computer (probably scanning my Ds-160) and then told me i am not eligible for USA Visa.
Now i am trying my luck through B2. My wife is pregnant and she needs me there.
I am confused should i mention her pregnancy during my interview and tell the consular that she will be delivering there so she needs me (i will be prepared for the questions he asks me then). or would that be a red flag for them? USA government is very against non-immigrants giving birth in USA and then tryig to settle down there.
What other options do i have?
P.S: i have no travel history (only UAE). I have a permanent Job in Pakistan in the Banking Industry. I have no property in my name. I earn USD 600 per month.
