I Traveled to UAE, Dubai 2 times.
One my first visit to Dubai i spent 2 months there, and on my second visit to Dubai i spent 3 months there, because my younger brother is working there from past 3 years.
i also visited Thailand 2 times as a tourist.
and once visited Malaysia and once visited Singapore as a tourist.
I applied for Turkey VISA but they refused to give me visa, and never told me any reason.
and April 2017 , i applied for Brazil Visa , but they also refused to give me visa,
now i am planning to apply for USA visit Visa.
I am married person and i have one baby boy, he is only 3 years old,
i am thinking to apply alone for USA tourist visa.
my wife and my son will stay in Pakistan , and my all family. what is your opinion about my case ?
i need suggestions , how much chances i have to get USA tourist visa.

B2 Visa Denied
Hi,
I am in US on H1B and my interview happened on 9th Dec and came to USA on 20th March. The V.O. asked "Do you have any plans to get married?" and I said no. But got married on 24th Dec.
On 15th May my wife had an interview for B2. We chose B2 because my wife's company had filed for H1B and we wanted to avoid any conflicts between H1B and H4.
Below is the interview:
my wife: hello, good morning
vo: good morning
vo: why do you want to go to US?
my wife: i am going to meet my husband
vo: is he on H1B?
my wife: yes
vo asked for my visa copy.
my wife handed it over.
(typing on computer) vo: when did you get married?
my wife: on 24th december
vo: ok. he was here on 9th dec and he had told he had no plans to get married.
my wife: yes. we met the following week and got married
vo: how many people attended the marriage?
my wife: around 200
vo asked for the photos
my wife showed them to her
vo: i am sorry i have to deny the visa for you.

I'm from India.I want to travel to USA with my sister and my mom this year.I have submitted my application and the interview is scheduled.One of my close relative who is also a US citizen for at least 11 years.Now I have few stuffs which I need help for?
1) How strong is my case? Both of us are students,I m going to complete my education and my sister is studying in her last year.My mom is a housewife. Provided that we have the sufficient funds to travel,plus this trip is entirely sponsored by my relative who is working,has his own house,sufficient funds plus is a law abiding citizen.
2)Will the visa generally be given to a family of women?
3)What are the advantages and disadvantages of taking regional/English interview?

Hi i am 35 years old male from punjab india .i refuse twice back in 2015 and 2012 .in 2015 i applied with my wife .i am doing y business have annualy income around 12.5 lac and wife income around 5 lac .i been to germany ,france ,england, hongkong,macau,thailand in past 4 years and i wanna apply alone and also going to canada i have my cousin lives there in toronto he ill show me around usa and canada.i just wanna know do i have to apply for canada first? I have applied for b1/b2 visa and my interview is scheduled on 15 may.
My case is as follows-
I am student doing my engineering in computer science and I have completed 3 years. In last year my parents passed away. So all property was transferred to my name. It includes bank balance, bungalow,flat, couple of plots, mutual funds and shares investment.
I am going to meet my cousin and will come to back to India after a month to complete my engineering. What are my chances of getting a visa?? I am sponsoring my own trip.
