Mom visitor visa got rejected. Can she reapply in 3/4 weeks?
My mom had an interview on May 24th and her visa(B1/B2) was rejected. I am sponsoring her visa and i work as a software engineer and i am a green card holder. I completely forgot to send her my green card copy but sent every other document and the interviewer asked her for my green card copy and she couldn't produce it. We believe this can be the major reason for her getting rejected.
Also she applied for 3 months. Can this be an issue? Should we apply for 3-4 weeks instead.
Now we want to reapply with all the documents in about 3/4 weeks. Is it too soon to reapply?
My mom is a widow but is working and i am the only child that lives in the US. Both my brothers live in India.

Visa for parents - father has 2 wifes ( polygamy )
I have a query regarding my parents visitor visa to USA. This is little uncommon, and I really need advice. I want to bring my parents here for couple of months, The challenge is my father has 2 wives (we are Hindus, Indian). I am son of 1st wife and her name is written on my passport as well as my fathers passport. where as my step mother(my fathers 2nd wife) passport has my father name but her name is not on my fathers passport(both are legal wifes). For me getting visa for my step mother is very important as my children want to see her.
Recently I applied Visa for 3 of them in single appointment, during Visa interview the consular officer asked below questions to my father:
1. What is your name? ans: .. he told his name.
2. What you do? - ans: he old his profession.
3. Are you in same family? ans: my father answered yes, both are my wifes. After this question Visa office told its not legal to have both wifes as per US rules and told them he can't give visa and given 214B form. None of them got the Visa.

1. can I apply Visa again, if yes what is possibility of getting Visa for all of them?
2. Can I apply Visa only for step mother?

My Parent's VISA rejected
I live in Canada on a work permit and work here as an Inventory Manger in an MNC Heavy Machinery.

My Mom and Dad lives in India and they appeared for an Visitor Visa
I filled their DS-160 Form and thn an Indian VISA agent confrmed all that and paid the Visa fees.

My mom and Dad already have Visitor VISA for Canada from 2016 june, but they have never been here in Canada.

They also have visited Singapore and Malaysia last year for tourism.

Now they appeared for USA Visa interview on 16th May 2017.

I planned everything for them, they will come to Canada next year and thn me and my Wife will accompant them for a trip Chicago and NewYork for 2 weeks For Tourism.

But the Visa officer did not ask any questions about the purpose of visit

She asked ony 2 questions
1. What do u do in here?
My Dad replied that he owns a textile business

2. who will be coming with you?
My Dad replied that his wife, son and daughter in law

and Visa rejected

Now is it possible that they might reject it due to the Last name : PATEL...?

and is it possible that when my Dad visits Canada next year, they can apply in canada for Visitor visa and can get it approved...?
