i got 221g with blue slip and returned my passport,
May 3 :consulate contacted my client and verified.
May23 :got an email from Consulate to submit my passport , is it means my visa is Approved ?
may 24 :i submitted my passport in Hyderabad VFC center
status :
CEAC website showing (AP)
passport tracking website showing (There is no status update available for the passport number submitted)
i sent an email to [email protected] ,got reply T(here is no status update available for the passport number submitted)
in https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=India ,document delivery option showing empty .
i am in confusion for this tracking, anyone same boat please respond

can some body explain why he took LCA and how long it will take for update. Mine in EC model.

Jan 28: Appeared for the Interview. Returned the passport with a White Slip.
Feb 11: Client received the Questionnaire
Feb 20: Client responded.
Mar 5: State Department reached out to the employer by the phone call.
July 17: Sent an inquiry though senator.
July 18: Last updated date changed for the first time since the interview.
July 19: Received same response as before by senator office that it's in admin processing.
Aug 16: Sent an inquiry through congressman.
Aug 19: Response received by congressman's office said the application is pending for submission of a passport. Go to the nearest drop-off location to drop the passport.
Aug 20: Went to drop the passport, said they need to have an email from consulate to process the case. I only have an email from congressman's office.
Aug 23: Took exact email which congressman office received from the embassy and submitted the passport.
Aug 26: Date got updated. still in AP.
Aug 27: changed to issued.

19 June 2018 - Received email, need more info to process visa (DS-5535 form)
21 June 2018 - Sent the filled DS-5535 to the consulate.
There was no update on my case, all the passports were retained by the Consulate.
After waiting for 7 months, I thought there might be a bias due to the social media company I was working with.
In the meantime, my previous employer (Top 3 tech company) offered me to come back and I accepted it. withdrew the visa application and applied through the new company (attorney took care of it
10 Jan 2019 -Visa apt for H1 (and H4) - VO said visa approved
15 Jan 2019 - Again email to submit DS-5535
16 Jan 2019 - Rcvd wife/kid's passport with stamped visa

I had my visa interview on 06/19/2019, VO asked for client letter i don't have at that time. Got a 221g blue slip with tick mark on client letter and the contract letter. My employer has submitted the documents on 06/24/2019 but no updates after that. Waiting for the update!
08/08/2019 - It has been 50 days since I attended my Visa interview.
Looks like similar cases after Jun 10 didn't get any reply from Consulate.
08/09/2019 - Got an email from consulate to submit my passport.
08/22/2019 - Submitted my passport on 08/13/2019, no updates..
