Hello guys, I have completed my adjustment of status interview on December 3, 2020, but my I wasn’t given a decision or any time frame. Also my online status has not been changed a still showing « interview was scheduled » I have submitted a service request and got just a general response. I am really worried. Any ideas or similar situations! Thanks

Last month I went out of normal processing time for form i 485 Chicago office the The waiting time for last month was
12 - 21 months and i was waiting since 26 months
I see the processing time for this month in Chicago
12 -29 months
So my question is im still outside normal Processing time for the last month because I send enquiry for them or I follow the new update for this month
I’m still within the normal processing time ????

Hi, seems that the processing times went down for some offices.
Las Vegas, for example, was at 15-23 months this morning and now it's at 13-18 months!

what is the next step?
hi. I applied for I-130 for my mother who is abroad back in JUNE and yesterday they updated the case, saying "as of january 21, we are actively reviewing your form I-130" and the status has changed to "Initial Review". Do you guys know what happens next? Does the approval process takes time from the moment you apply or from the moment its status has changed to "initial review". ?

Same boat
I went for I-130 and I485 interview got 130 approved and 485 pe ding review they have 120 days to give me an answer. Its a month and 130 status hasnt changed to approved and for 485 does pending review mean denial
