For pending Advance Parolees. . .
Since the USCIS/DHS.gov states that they'll be issuing refunds for pending AP cases. . . has anyone with a pending case received a refund or a status update online (on the check case status, USCIS.gov)?

Traveled with AP after September 5th
So basically GO DO IT!!!!

I was not worried about it whatsoever. I started crying on Tuesday after the announcement since I got my approval August 27th. Immediately everyone began to tell me not to go, especially my parents and siblings, but I knew ( besides their normal worrying) it was because they watch Hispanic/spanish news, where they ALWAYS try to scare you about everything.

I did my due diligence, read up on the memo, researched everything I found available, and decided to just do it. I don't have a criminal background, I have an accounting degree, work for the state, and more importantly, I pay taxes lol what else do they want.

Anyways, here's how it went::

Crossed over to Tijiana via San Ysidro, driving around 1030am

Came back to the border at 230pm

Went to second inspection to go inside office to get the stamp

After an hour and a half( several people in front of me), lady asked me for my work permit, told her it was in the car, that I didn't read anywhere that it was necessary. She allowed me to go get it, I returned and noticed my AP paper was stamped already. I sat back down, calls me up 2 minutest later for my fingerprints and picture, gives me my stamped paperwork and tells me I'm good to go.

Didn't asked where I went, what I did, or who I was with.

SO GO DO IT ALREADY, QUIT BEING SCARED AND TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

Be Cautious With The Things You Post/Share On Here!
Please, never write on any websites that you "travel to adjust your status." It's NOT a good look. There's people from all avenues reading this stuff, many with ill intentions and some that will bring it to attention of those who'd hate to hear that a "loop hole" like this exists. We have to be smart about what we put out there. Especially now (after sept. 5th). REMEMBER, this is a hot topic at the moment. People are reading into everything more than ever.

Traveled on 9/1/17 before cancellation of DACA
With the news of (at that time the possibility) of cancelling DACA me and my husband knew it was now or never...So me and my husband left to Matamoros, Mexico. We walked across the border with no problem, had lunch, did some shopping, and decided to come back. We waited there for 4 hours until they finally stamped his travel document to cross the border. I felt like they only wanted to see him squirm and mentioned to him numerous times that DACA wasn't going to mean anything anymore and to not come back. That paper was all we needed to adjust his status.. can't wait to go back and rub it in their face once everything is fixed.
