Advance Parole HELP!!
Hello, I received my AP letter to travel abroad for a humanitarian reason. Due to the cancellation of DACA, I was wondering if it's safe to travel. My attorney told me I can still travel abroad.But I want a second opinion before traveling. I will be leaving Friday, September 8th and returning Monday, September 11th.

I just got my EAD card combo based on marriage (I-485) and I would like to travel to visit my family in Brazil.
My only concern is that my EAD, SSN and drive license has my married name and it's different from my Brazilian passport (It has my single name not married )
Am I gonna have any problem when I get back to US? Has anyone been thru the same situation?
I would appreciate if someone can help me.

Travel with Advanced Parole
Hi,
just wanted to share my experience for travelling with AP.
i got back yesterday from my home country, IRAN , to JFK airport
i got EAD and AP based on employment pending 485
the return process was extremely smooth and polite
it took me 3 minutes after 3 hours Wait on the huge line to be cleared and got the statement of welcome back home at the end from the officer which was a cool relief.
they stamp my passport and extend my AP for one year
good luck to every one,

Advance Parole Received NO STATUS
Hi!
I applied for Advance Parole two months ago and received a receipt number, I typed the receipt number and until today I get a Error message. Did someone have trouble checking your status and it came out as "Error and to call USCIS?" I called USCIS and they told me there were some technical difficulties. Now with the new announcement I am scared it might not have been approved or no longer will be. Let me know your experience. Thanks

I was approved for Daca back in 2013 , and Appobed for AP in July 2017.
Those are the only two I can answer questions and concerns about.
I'm not charging anyone anything.
I'm simply here to help my peers.

Traveling with advance parole /daca
Hi everyone. I just got my advance parole this weekend but I'm concern
With today announcement that daca got rescinded would I still be able to travel with out a problem ?
And also my advance parole says one day does that mean I could only use it for one day ?

Advance Parole Experience with DACA
Hey Everyone,
I traveled with Advance Parole and everything went pretty smoothly. When I got to the US airport, the immigration officer was pretty rude to me and I was super scared that he was going to reject me. Thankfully, he sent me on my way despite his reservations about DACA.

departing without i-94 card
I have valid Temporary Protected Status(TPS) and valid advance parole but i do not have I-94 card to submit on my departure. what happens if i depart without submitting i -94 card? can i still re-enter with my valid AP? or my I-94 issue will come up?
